开滦煤显微组分分离及其富集物的特性研究

摘  要: 本文以开滦矿区五种不同变质程度煤为研究对象,研究了单种煤和配合煤镜质组反射率直方图的规律;研究了开滦五种煤煤岩显微组分的分布赋存规律,探索了煤岩显微组分的分选规律;全面、详细地表征了不同变质程度、不同煤岩显微组分含量的煤岩组分富集物的基本特征、结构组成、工艺性质,及其在不同热解温度下的变化规律及形貌特征;探索了扩大低变质程度煤配比的方法;探索了有机硫对开滦煤粘结性指数的影响规律。结果表明,破碎至-3mm+重液离心分选和粉碎至-0.5mm+浮选是实现开滦煤煤岩显微组分分选的两种有效手段;开滦煤富镜质组和富惰质组富集物的性质差异与煤变质程度有密切关系,低变质程度平朔煤富镜质组较富惰质组富集物的配入比例高;与变质程度相似和煤岩组成相近的钱家营煤相比,硫醚键硫含量高的范各庄煤具有高的粘结性指数。该研究为后续配煤炼焦等煤炭分质利用提供了理论支持。 On a basis of five different rank coal samples in Kailuan coalfield, this paperinvestigated the vitrinite reflectance distribution for single coal and blending coals.Thispaper also exploredoccurrence and distribution of coal maceral /(vitrinite and inertinite/)of five Kailuan coals in lab and the separation principle of coal maceral. The basiccharacteristics, structure characteristics, technical properties of coal maceralconcentrates with different rank and//or different maceral content were discussed fullyin detail;and the change and appearance pattern of macerals of different rank coalunder different temperatures were also investigated.The possibility of expanding theblending ratio of lower rank coal and effects of organic sulfur on the coking index forKailuan coals were explored.The results show that, crushing to-3mm+float-sinkseparation and pulverizing to-0.5mm+flotation are two effective maceral separationmethods for Kailuan coal; there is close relationship between the characteristicsdifferences of vitrinite-rich and inertinite-rich concentrates for Kailuan coals and coalrank;vitrinite-rich concentrate of lower rank PS coal has larger blending ratio thaninertinite-rich concentrate; compared with QK sample with similar rank and maceralcomposition, FK sample with higher thioether content has greater the coking index.This study provides theoretical evidence for the following coal blending coking andother coal utilizations based on maceral separation technique.
