中国传统文化课程对中职学生人文素质培养研究

摘  要: 中职学生的人文素质普遍偏低的现状已是不争的事实。本论文研究旨在匡正中职的办学理念,引起中职教育对学生人文素质培养的重视,以开设中国传统文化课程为途径来培养中职学生的人文素质和人文精神,把中职学生培养成不仅是掌握娴熟技能的人,而且是和谐的、全面发展的高素质的人才,使中职教育回归“本真”。 论文将为中职学校整体启动中国传统文化课程提供理论依据,把中职学生的人文素质教育真正落实到实处,使中职学生在校期间不仅能掌握其专业知识、专业技能,而且还能得到良好的人文素质和人文精神教育,促使中职学生得到全面、健康、和谐发展。 中职培养目标定位偏差、功利主义、唯技术主义教育观是影响着中职学校的人才培养模式,造成中职学生人文素质偏低的主要原因。 论文着重研究了中职学校学生人文教育现状及对策;中国传统文化的基本精神及其对中职学生的教育功能;中职学校开设中国传统文化课程的必要性;构建以”中国传统文化”为核心的人文素质教育课程体系;中国传统文化课程体系的结构;建立一支高素质的中国传统文化课程师资队伍。 研究成果无论是理论上还是实践上,都将对对中职学校学生的人文素质和人文精神的培养有一定的参考、推广、指导和应用价值。 Currently, it has been an inevitable fact that the students own weak humanistic qualities in Chinese secondary vocational schools. The paper engages in discussing the educational philosophy and finding out appropriate ways to improve the humanistic education in the schools. Opening Chinese traditional cultural courses is taken as a good approach to nurture students' creativities and professional skills. To train all-round qualified talent is the aim of education. The research provides theoretical base for opening Chinese traditional cultural courses. There are several elements that are hindering the secondary vocational education and decline the level of humanistic qualities education in Chinese secondary vocational schools. They are Deviation in vocational training targeting, Utilitarianism, scientism educational ideas and technology polarism. This paper emphasis on the following parts:Firstly, Current situation of humanistic qualities education in Chinese secondary vocational schools and strategies on solving the problem are discussed. Secondly, the fundamental spirit of Chinese traditional culture and its educational function are analyzed. Thirdly, the construction of humanistic curriculum system around Chinese traditional cultural structure is discussed. Last but not the least, it's important to establish a high qualified teaching stuff. The research holds a referential and guiding value to the culture and improvement of students' humanistic qualities in Chinese secondary vocational schools.
