摘　　要： 随着大数据时代的到来,互联网上数字资源的数量和种类呈现了爆炸性增长趋势。然而用户无法快速准确的从海量数字资源中获取到自己所需的信息,导致此现象的原因有以下几种：数字资源格式不统一、资源版权保护机制的缺失、对数字资源缺乏有效地组织管理、资源多终端同步机制的不完善。本课题依托于国家图书馆横向委托项目——数字家庭互动媒体服务系统,任务目标是设计并实现一个基于新格式资源的个人资源管理系统,为用户提供一个集数字内容发布和内容管理功能于一体的服务性平台,有效管理和组织散乱的数字资源。 本文设计的个人资源管理系统采用了EPUB作为系统资源的统一格式,并在此基础上提供了资源版权保护、多终端同步、中英文检索等功能。整个系统分为三大模块：个人内容管理模块、数字资源发布模块和终端管理模块,其中个人内容管理模块为系统核心,它负责为系统用户提供数字资源的组织和管理；数字资源发布模块对外部开放数字资源的发布平台,提供资源的分类展示以及资源收藏等功能；终端管理模块则主要负责多终端的资源同步工作,能够很好地满足用户对数字资源的多终端同步需求。 本文首先对国内外各数字资源发布系统的发展现状进行了相关调研,并分析比较了各种数字资源版权保护技术。接着对系统实现过程中涉及到的关键技术进行了总结和研究：系统采用了开放式数字格式EPUB作为统一的资源格式,用于解决因数字资源格式各异而导致的资源版权保护难以实现问题,并在其结构基础上进行了内部的优化,依此提出了EEA算法；分析了各种终端同步模式,对终端信息推送技术进行了概括总结；并对常用的中文分词系统从实现原理、切分效果等方面进行了分析比较。然后对系统的功能需求和整体设计架构进行了说明,完成了系统的详细设计和实现。 最终,为用户提供了一个基于EPUB格式的个人资源管理系统,解决了由于数字资源格式多样化和组织无序性引起的各种问题,方便了用户合理组织和管理个人数字资源,它将在数字图书馆的建立过程中发挥重要作用。 With the rapid development of the big data, the number and variety of digital resources on the Internet is growing explosively. However huge amounts of digital information resources can not necessarily satisfy the users, the cause of this phenomenon are the followings:lack of unified format of digital resources, lack of copyright protection of digital resources, lack of effective personal organization and management of digital resources, terminal synchronization mechanism of resources is not perfect. This topic is based on the national library cooperation project-digital home interactive media service system. Based on this situation, this article will put forward a release of personal resources management system based on digital resources which can provide users with a set of digital publishing and content management functions as well as effective management of digital resources scattered. This paper finally adopted an open digital format--EPUB and changed its structure to provide users the resource protection functions. The whole system is divided into three modules:personal content management module as the core which provides personal resources organization and management, supplemented by the digital resource release module and terminal management module. The digital resource release module will provide resource list shop and collections for the users and terminal management module will provide users with resource synchronization and online display on the terminals. Firstly, this paper does the research on the development of domestic resources in various digital publishing system and gives a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each system. And then this paper studies the status of the development of digital copyright protection technology resources. This paper also illustrates some key technologies of the system:As the format of digital resources is not uniform, the system must adopt a unified digital format. It finally adopted an open digital format--EPUB and changed its structure to provide users the resource protection function with EEA;This paper analyzed different terminal sync model and made made a summary of the related technology;And it also compared commonly used Chinese word segmentation system from the principle and segmentation effects.Then the functional requirements and overall architecture of the system design are analyzed. A detailed implementation of the major modules of the system features is also given in this paper. Eventually, the system provides users with a EPUB digital resources publishing platform. And it solves various problems caused by diverse and disorder resources on the Internat and the platform provides better service for the effective management and unified retrieval of digital resources.This system will play an important role in the establishment of the digital library in our country.
