摘　　要： 作为社会道路安全的保护者和交通秩序的维护者，路面执法交警在我们的日常生活中发挥着无可替代的作用，然而随着社会发展速度的不断增快，我国机动车饱有量呈指数级递增。交警工作强度大，常处于备勤状态，加班加点，生活无规律，时常面对各种意外与突发事件。而与此同时，复杂的工作环境已经对他们的日常正常执法造成了严重的负面影响。无论从理论角度还是现实层面而言，对交警的工作环境进行研究都具有重要的意义。 路面执法交警工作环境具有复杂性、特殊性和恶劣性等特征，这就决定了我们在进行相应研究时必须充分运用相应的科学理论，如人与环境互动理论、马斯洛的需求层次理论以及环境人权等。实践中，工作环境对路面执法交警的工作已经产生了现实影响，如工作环境直接影响到路面执法交警的身心健康、工作环境直接影响到路面执法交警的工作质效以及工作环境直接影响到路面执法交警的权威与形象。 目前路面执法交警工作环境中存在的问题主要包括但不限于以下几个方面：自然环境对交警健康造成不利影响、不尽人意的执法管理环境影响严重、社会环境带来的负面影响不容忽视以及现有制度环境也有需要改进的地方。为了保障路面执法交警执法活动的正常进行，有必要对其工作环境予以全面优化。具体而言应该通过提升观念为环境优化扫清第一障碍、全面整治路面执法管理环境、创造自觉守法的良好社会氛围以及改革完善现有的管理制度。 As a social protector of the road safety and maintainers of traffic order,the roadtraffic police plays an irreplaceable role on our daily. However,with the continuousincrease of social development speed,our motor vehicles full is exponentiallyincreasing.The working intensity of the traffic police is big.They are always in BeiQinstate,working overtime,irregular life and often in the face of all kinds of accidents andemergencies.At the same time,the complex working environment has caused seriousnegative impact on their everyday normal law enforcement.The study of the trafficpolice’senvironmenthasimportantsignificanceboth from the perspective of theory andreality level. The work environment of the traffic police is complexity,particularity anddisaster.This determines that we must make full use of corresponding scientific theoryin the study.For example,the human and environment interaction theory,Maslow'shierarchy of human needs analysis and environmental rights theory.In reality,theworking environment of the road traffic police work has had a real impact, such as theworking conditions directly affect the physical and mental health, the pavement andthe authority and image of the traffic police. Currently,the problems of the traffic police work environment mainly includingbut not limited to the following several aspects: the natural environment has adverseeffects to health of the traffic police,the unsatisfactory environmental of lawenforcement and management,the negative effects of social environment that is notpermitted to ignore and the environment of the existing system also have to beimproved.In order to ensure the normal of the traffic police law enforcementactivities, the working environment’s Comprehensive optimization is necessary.Ingenerally,we should improve ideas for clearing the first barrier of comprehensiveoptimization,fully restore the traffic police law enforcement managementenvironment,create a good social atmosphere of consciously obey the law and reformand perfect the existing management system.
