摘　　要： 随着我国工业化进程的迅猛发展，设备管理已成为企业整体管理的重要组成部分。石油化工企业由于其自身特点，对生产设备的可靠性、可用性、经济性和安全性提出较高要求。如何发挥管理人员的主观能动、机动灵活的优势，克服设备的工作被动、功能单一的劣势，建立科学、规范的设备管理体系，使设备运行更加经济有效，是石化企业设备管理工作长期的探求目标。石大科技作为中小型石化企业，随着企业生产规模扩大、设备数量增多、自动化程度和复杂程度提高，建立以信息化为基础、以可靠性为中心、人机关系和谐的创新型设备管理体系已成为企业设备管理工作发展的新要求。 本文介绍了在石化企业建立创新型设备管理模式的背景和意义，并对设备管理和人机关系研究的理论进行简要介绍。在总结和对比国内外设备管理理论、方法和经验的基础上，创新提出了在设备管理中建立和谐人机关系的重要性，并通过分析石大科技设备管理工作中人机关系现状，提出建立人机和谐的创新型设备管理体系的对策，并在实践中进行了应用。 With the rapid development of China's industrialization process, Equipment management has become an important part of the overall management of the enterprise. Petrochemical enterprises due to its own characteristics, production equipment reliability, availability, economy and security put forward higher requirements. How to play the advantages of management the subjective dynamic, flexible, passive work to overcome the function of a single disadvantage, the establishment of scientific and standard equipment management system, the equipment run more cost-effective, long-term the petrochemical enterprise equipment management work to explore the target. Shtar Science/&Technology Group as a small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises, with the expansion of production scale, an increase in the number of equipment, improve the degree of automation and complexity, the establishment of information-based, reliability-centered, man-machine relationship harmonious innovative equipment management system has become the new requirements of development of enterprise equipment management. This article describes the background and significance of petrochemical enterprises to establish an innovative equipment management mode, and device management and the theory of man-machine relationship between a brief description. On the basis of the summary and comparison of domestic and foreign equipment management theory, methods and experience, innovation in the equipment Manager to establish the importance of harmonious man-machine relationship, and through the man-machine relationship status quo analysis Shtar Science/&Technology Group equipment management, proposed the establishment of machine harmonious innovative countermeasures equipment management system, and in the production practice.
