摘　　要： 技术和管理是推进企业和社会前进的两个驱动轮，我国装载机行业可以在某个专业或领域取得暂时的技术领先，但由于管理方式落后，比较难以形成全面的、系统的、持久的优势。项目管理方法作为改善管理现状的重要工具，因此如何在企业战略指导下，应用项目管理方法在装载机新产品中来有效的进行流程管理，持续改进质量和降低成本，来提高装载机产品的技术水平、性能、耐用性和可靠性等是需要重点解决的问题。 本课题以装载机企业新产品研发项目为背景，应用项目管理的思想和理论方法，对如何对研发项目过程进行高效管理的问题进行了应用研究，并对企业的新产品研发项目进行了实际的应用与效果分析。 首先，结合装载机行业特点与发展趋势，分析了项目管理的理论与方法，确定运用现代项目门径管理、六西格玛、项目管理工具和流程作为新产品项目管理的具体技术手段。 其次，以SC公司LW65X产品研发项目为背景，运用项目管理理论和方法，对运行管理的流程进行了深入分析，对LW65X项目章程、组织机构、管理流程等内容进行了设计，完成了项目的管理设计。 然后，运用项目门径管理和六西格玛质量管理思想，对LW65X产品研发项目中的门径管理、项目技术质量、项目成本、项目计划、项目风险管理等进行了详细的分析与设计，达到了该项目管理目标，提高了装载机研发项目管理水平。 最后，应用P6等软件工具实现了项目管理流程管控与应用，设计了SC公司装载机开发项目管理的方案，建立了企业的新产品研发项目的标准化管理流程。 综上所述，应用门径项目管理和六西格玛设计的思想来优化产品开发流程具有重要的实际意义。它可帮助企业在保证缩短装载机新产品的开发周期，降低开发成本，减少开发风险和提高质量的前提下，满足客户的需求和全面提升企业的核心竞争力。 Management and technology are two key drivers for company and society togrow up for health direction. Our domestic loader industry could take leading oncertain technology field during some period, but can not take leading on advantagein terms of comprehensive, systematic and sustain elements. It is very important to utilize the project management methodology. So it isour challenge and concern on how to integrate and utilize it on new loaderdevelopment progress, in order to improve the process, quality and costcontinuously under enterprise strategy, meanwhile which will help to improveloader’s technology, performance, durability and reliability. Research of this topic begins with project development background of loader,utilize methodology and theory of project management to study on how to managea high effective process during research a new product, and also analyze the actualapplication and practice effect on new product project from enterprise. Firstly, it begins through Loader industry feature and development trend,analyze theory and method on project management, and also define a specifictechnology skills such as gateways management,6Sigma methodology andproject management tools. Secondly, based on new LW65X product project from SC company, utilizeproject management method and theory, in order to deep dive the process ofmanagement, design the project charter, organization structure and managementprocess of LW65X project, then accomplish management creation on this project. Then utilize the concept from gateways management and6Sigmamethodology to deep dive application in terms of gateways management, projectquality and technology, project cost, project scheduling and project risk, in orderto meet project objective and improve management level of loader new productdevelopment project. Finally, utilize the P6software to realize process control and application ofproject management, design the solution on loader new product developmentproject of SC company, establish the standardize management process for newenterprise product development. In short，it is higher practical to have application of6Sigma methodologyand gateways project in order to optimize the product development program. Itwould help enterprises to accelerate the new loader product development speed， reduce development costs，reduce development risk and improve quality, theneventually to meet customer requirements and enhance the comprehensivecompetitiveness of enterprises.
