V公司零备件库存控制研究

摘  要: 随着当今社会科技的迅猛发展和市场竞争的日趋激烈,汽车行业迅猛的发展,特别是近几年,中国已经成为世界上最大的汽车市场。2013年,我国的汽车销量已经突破了2000万辆,早已超越了美国成为全球第一大市场。V公司是一家汽车发动机散热器、风扇和冷凝器等相关冷却设备的供应商。为了及时的满足客户的需求,高额的库存量占用了较多的资金,如何在满足客户的需求的同时,合理的降低库存成本,降低库存风险,一直是V公司不断研究和改进的课题。为了解决这一难题,在2013年下半年V公司的精益生产部门提出了“-30计划”,即在未来的两年内,将成本减少30/%,计划的重心则是供应链环节。 本文首先对有关库存管理的相关理论和已有的研究成果进行总结和梳理。然后对V公司当前的零备件库存管理现状进行调研分析,针对V公司在库存管理过程中出现的库存信息不准确,仓库管理混乱等问题,根据制造业企业自身的特点以及V公司产品的特性,定制库存管理策略并根据市场形势变化加以调整。首先对V公司的所有备件进行汇总并通过ABC分类法对V公司现存的零备件进行分类,并针对不同的分类提出相应的库存管理方向,针对备件ABC三类的不同特点,找出适合备件库存的控制方法。 对于C类备件采用周期性检查(T,S)策略,将检查周期定为一季度或半年,然后对相关缺乏的备件进行统一采购;对于B类备件,通过对相关备件的历史数据进行分析,将各类预测法的预测结果进行误差分析,找出适合其使用情况的预测法,然后将该预测法应用到实际中去;对于A类备件,通过对其特点进行分析,以零备件刀头为例分析使用模型后如何使得库存成本控制得以改进;采用连续性的(r,Q)策略对备件进行库存控制,期望能帮助V公司改善其库存管理问题。 文通过对V公司零备件库存管理的研究,梳理公司内部物资库存管理的现状并找出其实际运行过程中存在的问题,通过定性与定量相结合的方法为V公司库存管理提出相应的优化措施,以期对公司未来的发展产生积极作用。 With the rapid development of modern society science and technology and theincreasingly fierce market competition, the auto industry has also developed rapidly.Especially in recent years, China has become the world's largest car market. In2013, China'sauto sales already broke through20million, already surpassed the United States as the world'slargest market. In addition to more foreign car companies will open branches in China,domestic automobile company has been set up into the automotive industry. As the countryfaster and faster pace of industrial upgrading and transformation, investors also pay more andmore attention to the growth of new energy vehicles industry chain. Policy support for newenergy vehicles will also give the battery industry, upstream of the lithium battery motor andrare earths, charging stations, passenger car business opportunities. But with the increasinglyfierce competition, through cost savings to reduce car prices become the main means forautomotive manufacturers to grab the similar market share. To save costs, supply chainlogistics is recognized as the most promising research area. Toyota's global supply chainmanagement has become the classic model for today’s various car companies to study andguide the direction to improve. V is a company to supply car engine radiator, fan and condenser cooling equipment.According to different car models, V provides different cooling equipment. But the highinventory takes up much money in this company. How to reduce inventory costs, reduceinventory risk reasonably at the same time meet customer demands is a research project for Vcompany. In order to solve this problem, in the second half of2013,the IE department of Vcompany put forward '-30plan', namely in the next two years, the cost decreased by30/%,and the center of plan is the supply chain. The paper first summarized the relevant theories about inventory management andexisting research results. And then analyze current situation of the spare parts inventorymanagement. As for the problem like inaccurate information about inventory and chaoswarehouse management, we should make the inventory management strategy according to thecharacteristics of the enterprise itself. First, classify all the spare parts by ABC method.According to the different character of the ABC type, find proper control method for spare parts. Adopt period inspection /(T, S/) policy for type C. We will check cycle as a quarter orhalf a year, and purchase the spare parts together. For type B, analyze the historical data andfind the proper forecast method to use it in practice; For type A, analyze the characteristic andadopt continuity /(R, Q/) strategy to help to handle the spare parts in order to achieve the bestcontrol of spare parts.
