H加工中心汽车板产品开发流程改善研究

摘  要: 目前,在汽车制造业里,国内外各大汽车整车制造企业为了提升其供应链能力,在其整车生产制造及产品开发过程中以降低成本、提升品质、减少风险为出发目的,一般对其所需的零件采购都采用了先期开发介入,同步制造的产品开发流程。在这个开发流程中,汽车整车制造企业提前将其所需的零部件下线计划(包括新车型下线计划)发包给其供应商,由其在自身所需的指定时间节点内进行技术确认,模具制造,组织原料,安排加工,实施交付。 在实际供货中,量产车型配送因为产量较大,资源丰富,产品规格种类固定,在整个供应链中相对稳定。而新车型的开发过程中,往往因为产量需求少,资源紧张,产品规格种类变更较多,在整个供应链中波动大,容易产生各种产品的使用问题,从而给整车制造企业及其供应商带来损失,严重时会对新车型下线计划造成延误。如何通过流程再造来提升产品开发过程中的供应链价值,减少交付风险,是目前各个整车制造企业及其零部件供应商在开发新车型中共同面临的问题。 本文重点针对目前整车制造企业与其钢板供应商在产品开发过程中,双方因开发流程繁琐及不完善所带来的开发过程中各项问题和损耗。及其在不完善的开发流程中,所造成的产品开发过程中的供应链整体效益低下,甚至影响到开发周期等严重损失。根据这一思路,本文将通过以目前一家知名整车制造企业与其钢材配送供应商H加工中心的新车型DS5的开发流程中产生的各项问题和损耗为例,进行流程再造设计,挖掘产品开发流程优化的价值以进一步提升整车制造供应链的能力。 At present, in the automotive industry, domestic and foreign each big automobilevehicle manufacturing enterprise in order to improve its ability of supply chain, in theprocess of the vehicle manufacturing and product development to reduce costs, improvequality and reduce the risk for the purpose, the needed parts procurement are commonlyadopted early development intervention, synchronous manufacturing product developmentprocesses. In this development process, automotive components needed for manufacturingenterprise in advance will be rolled off the production plan /(including new models referralprogram/) to its suppliers, which in itself within the specified time nodes needed technicalconfirmation, mould making, organization raw materials, processing, implementation ofthe deli In the actual delivery, production models distribution because of the larger output,rich in resources, fixed in kind and type, the relatively stable throughout the supplychain.And new models of development process, often because of production requirements,strained resources, product specifications and types change more, large fluctuations in thesupply chain, easy to produce all sorts of problems on the use of the products,, serious willcause delay to the new car rolled off the production plan.How the process reengineering toimprove supply chain value in the process of product development, reduce the risk ofdelivery, is currently the vehicle manufacturing enterprises and their parts supplierscommon problems in the development of new models.development process, the two sides due to the development process and is imperfect in theprocess of the development of various problems, and loss.And the imperfect developmentprocess, the product development process caused by the overall supply chain efficiency islow, and even affect the development cycle serious losses.According to this train ofthought, this article through to the current a famous OEM manufacture enterprise and itsdistribution supplier H steel processing center for the development of new models DS5process as an example, the problem and loss to design process reengineering, excavate thevalue of the product development process optimization in order to further enhance theability of the vehicle manufacturing supply chain.
