摘　　要： 本文基于云浮电厂的实际情况，分析云浮电厂的成本结构以及存在的问题，并通过相应的优化调整降低成本，从而为企业实现成本控制提供了一种思路和方法。 本文在查阅参考文献，搜集数据和调查研究的基础上，采用ABC成本法，通过描述——分析——总结的思路对云浮电厂的成本要因进行分析，并结合实时在线监测系统对成本进行优化控制，剖析了影响云浮电厂成本水平的主要因素,分析了该电厂在生产经营模式、成本控制方法、对标环节和燃料管理等方面存在的成本控制问题。 通过建设云浮电厂实时在线监测系统对电厂的各项变动成本进行监测分析，并基于敏度分析的方法，分析并掌握影响成本的重要因素，对关键因素进行重点的对标管理，这样能有效避免成本控制的滞后。 最后，本文结合云浮电厂的实际情况，提出了云浮电厂的成本控制优化策略，并通过综合效益评估证明该控制策略的有效性。 This article analyse the cost structure and existing problems of Yunfu powerplant. And take corresponding measures of optimization and adjustment to reduce thecost. this article offer enterprise a kind of method for the cost control. Base on looking up reference, collecting data and making researchs, this articleuses the ways of description, analysis, summary to analyse the cost of Yunfu powerplant. In the meanwhile, this article achieve the optimal control of cost via on-linemonitoring system, find out the most important factor on the cost of Yunfu powerplant, analyse the problem of the cost control on the production and businessoperation mode, the method of cost control, the underlying link and fuel managementetc. Monitoring and analyzing the changes in the cost of power plant via on-linemonitoring system, using the method of sensitivity analysis, Analyzing and graspingthe important factors influencing the cost, benchmarking management to focus on thekey factors, can avoid the lag of cost control. Finally, this article Put forward the proposed optimization strategy to control thecost of Yunfu power plant base on the actual situation of Yunfu power plant. Theeffectiveness of the control strategy is proved by the evaluation of comprehensivebenefit.
