摘　　要： 随着经济全球化步伐的逐步加快，供应链生产模式在世界范围内得到广泛应用，供应链金融也随之成为商业银行新的业务发展方向。我国供应链金融业务虽然起步较晚，但是在近几年中得到了快速发展，许多商业银行推出多种业务模式和融资产品，来满足供应链上企业的多样化融资需求。供应链金融业务在取得一定成绩的同时，也存在着产品设计同质化、风险管理不足、营销手段落后等诸多问题。如何解决和优化供应链融资中存在的问题和不足，成为供应链金融业务更好发展的关键。 本文选取了供应链金融业务开展非常广泛的装备制造业，并以中国银行为装备制造业提供的供应链金融服务方案为例进行分析。首先本文系统梳理了供应链金融的概念、理论基础和基本模式；然后针对中国银行在装备制造业开展的供应链融资案例，结合装备制造业的供应链特点和融资需求，分别对供应链金融业务的优势、装备制造业开展供应链融资的必要性、中国银行供应链金融业务的产品应用和风险管理等方面进行了详细分析；最后针对中国银行在业务开展中所存在的突出问题，提出相关的政策建议。 With the accelerated pace of economic globalization，supply chain productionmodel has been widely used in most of industries and the supply chain finance as anemerging business model has been the new business development direction of manytop commercial banks. Although the supply chain finance started late in China, thisbusiness of domestic banks has been developed very fast. Commercial banks offer avariety of business models and financing products and make significant achievements.However, supply chain finance business still has some problems, such ashomogenization of the product design, uncompleted risk management system andoutdated marketing which is crucial for the development of supply chain finance. First of all, this paper will systematically introduce the general description,thebasic theory and the business mechanism of supply chain finance conducted bycommercial banks. Then, combined with the characteristics and financing needs aboutthe supply chain of equipment manufacturing industry, this paper analyses the newcase of supply chain finance business conducted by BOC from some aspects, such asbusiness advantage, product application and business risk management in detail. Atlast, this paper will put forward some policy suggestions in order to solve theproblems about supply chain finance business of equipment manufacturing industryexisting in the BOC.
