摘　　要： 现阶段，国际贸易的发展越来越关注对外贸易的持续性，中国在世界上是一个贸易大国，外贸的形式多数是数量的扩展，想要让对外贸易发展地更强，就必须调整贸易结构，转变外贸发展方式。在对外贸易的持续性发展中，环境也是一个十分重要的因素，在经济发展中必定要关注环境的保护与资源的节约，这样才能确保贸易发展的持久与稳定。低碳经济已成为世界经济发展的新趋势，广东省作为外贸大省之一，发展低碳经济，使出口贸易结构朝着低碳方向转型，是保持广东省经济发展又快又好的重要举措。本文通过对低碳经济背景下广东出口贸易结构优化发展进行理论分析，针对广东出口贸易结构现状和优化发展面临的问题，提出广东出口贸易结构低碳发展的必要性；并对低碳经济背景下广东出口贸易结构优化发展进行实证分析，从而提出促进广东出口贸易结构优化发展的策略。以促进广东省出口贸易结构的低碳化发展，实现节能减排的目标，建立资源节约型、环境友好型的社会，让广东省对外贸易逐渐转向环保型贸易，从原来的数量发展型转变成效率发展型。 In the field of international trade, more and more attention is played for sustainabledevelopment of foreign trade. China, as a large trading nation in the world, the numberof foreign trade is still largely dilated. To achieve the transition from large to strong, thestructure of trade must be adjusted and the foreign trade development mode must betransformed. The sustainable development of foreign trade integrates the environmentalconsiderations into the trading system to protect the environment and the efficient use ofresources, and to improve trade developing sustainably, healthily and stably.Low-carbon economy has become a new trend in the world economy. As one of theforeign trade provinces, Guangdong province should develop low-carbon economy sothat the direction of export structure goes toward a low-carbon transition to maintainrapid and healthy economic development. This paper will do theoretical analysis onGuangdong export trade structure optimization based on the background of low-carboneconomy development and analyze the status quo and problems of Guangdong exporttrade structure optimization to propose the necessity of low-carbon development inGuangdong export trade structure And then this paper will do empirical analysis onGuangdong export trade structure optimization development based on low-carboneconomy, and put forward strategies about Guangdong export trade structureoptimization for enterprise and government. Therefore, to promote low-carbondevelopment in Guangdong export trade structure and achieve the goal of energy saving,resource-saving and environment-friendly society and to achieve environmentalprotection, new foreign trade regime change and transformation from extensive quantityto quality and efficiency.
