摘 要: 万向集团从计划经济环境下诞生的民营企业发展成为直接参与全球汽车产业的跨国集团公司,是在全球价值链上顺利实现转型升级的典型企业。面对欧美发达国家“再工业化”的挑战,亚洲更廉价劳动力国家的竞争,我国企业势必需要谋求从全球价值链低端转型升级到价值链的高端。深入研究对万向集团的转型升级的成功具有指导意义。 首先,介绍了现有国内和国外的研究万向集团为排序和全球价值链的理论基础。其次,分析了美国汽车产业在全球价值链治理模式方面的改变。一方面分析了万向集团在万向节国际市场的转型,另一方面分析了万向集团在汽车产业全球价值链的升级。最后,得出一些结论和建议。 研究结果表明,万向集团的转型升级总体上全球价值链理论的结论想吻合,对企业外在的比较优势及企业内在能力的运用是实现转型升级的重要因素。 Wanxiang Group, a Chinese private enterprise, which came to birth to in plannedeconomy and now become a international company engaged in global auto industry, isa typical enterprise which realizes transformation and upgrading in the global valuechain. Facing the challenge of reindustrialization of America and Europe and thecompetition of cheaper workers in Asia, Chinese companies have to try to transferfrom low level to high level in global value chains. It’s a guidance to study the reasonof Wanxiang Group’s success for Chinese companies. This articlereviewed the study of Wanxiang Group and the Global Value Chaintheory. Then it analysis the transformation of global value chain of auto industry inAmerica and the transformation and upgrading of Wanxiang Group. At last, it came tosome conclusion and suggestion. Empirical evidence demonstrates that Wanxiang’s transformation and upgradingmeets the conclusion of Global Value Chain on the whole. It is the use of comparativeadvantage outside the company and ability inside the company that affect itstransformation and upgrading.
