摘　　要： 广州十三行文书制度，是清代中国与西方各国，以广州十三行为中心，形成的一系列政治、商贸、文化交流的运行体系和制度规范。其中西方人在广州与澳门建立和使用的邮递业务，又是十三行文书制度的重要组成部分。 鸦片战争前，来华贸易的西方商人由于商业贸易、宗教传播、科学考察、旅游观光等原因，需要与大洋彼岸的本国及其殖民地建立官方或民间的邮件往来。在此背景下，为在华西人服务的邮递业务，在广州与澳门得到不断发展和完善，并成为了在华客邮的先声。 The document system of Canton Hongs is a series of operation system andinstitutional norms about politics, business and cultural exchange that centered on theCanton Hongs in Qing dynasty. Thereinto, the postal services that set up by thewesterners in Guangzhou and Macao is the important part of document system ofCanton Hongs. Before the opium war, because the commercial trade, religion spread, scientificresearch, tourism and so on, the western businessmen in China trade need to establishofficial or private communication with their countries and its colonies overseas. Inthat context, the western post in China had been unceasing developed and improved atGuangzhou and Macao and became the harbinger of foreign post in China.
