摘　　要： 我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生教育是以体育市场职业需求为导向，培养具有较强解决实际问题能力、能够承担专业技术或管理工作的高层次应用型专门人才。体育硕士专业领域设置应与市场紧密联系、积极满足特定职业领域的需要，并推进专业学位授予与获得相应职业资格有效衔接。各高校应结合地方体育产业和市场经济发展状况，拟定本校较为合理的专业领域培养计划。 本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法，以全日制体育硕士专业领域的设置调整为切入点，以国外10所高校体育硕士专业领域的设置为参考，对当前具备成为新的体育硕士专业领域的体育及其相关行业进行调研，积极探索体育硕士学位授予与相应职业资格的多种有效衔接方式，调研分析教育硕士学科教学（体育方向）专业领域整合的可行性。 研究表明： 1、我国全日制体育硕士目前所设置的4个专业领域较为合理，各专业领域的人才培养目标较为明确，符合我国体育市场的基本特点。另一方面，各培养单位专业领域设置的灵活性不足，近十年来4个专业领域设置无变化，与当前体育行业市场人才需求联系不紧密，不能满足当前体育事业发展的需求。体育硕士体育教学专业领域与教育硕士学科教学（体育方向）存在专业重复设置的现象。 2、反观国际经验，专业领域设置与市场接轨，人才升级从校园开始。以美国、英国和日本10所高校为例，体育硕士专业领域设置灵活，分类细化，注重跨学科专业设置，覆盖面较广，呈现出各自院校的专业特色，在一定程度上体现了以现代社会市场需要为导向的专业设置思路。 3、我国全日制体育硕士四个专业领域人才培养与体育行业人才市场整体上供不应求。体育管理专业完全具备升级 Specialty areas of China’s full-time Professional Master’s Degree of Kinesiologyand Physical Education are based on professional sports market, training with a strongability to solve practical problems and undertake professional technical ormanagement work in high-level application expertise. Specialty areas setting ofChina’s full-time professional Master’s degree of kinesiology and physical educationshould be closely contact with the market, meet the needs of specific profession fieldand promote professional degree granting and appropriate professional qualificationshave an effective convergence. This study researches on the new master of professional sports field and relatedindustries with the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation,expert interview and logical analysis and the starting point of full-time professionalMaster’s degree of kinesiology and physical education setting adjustment. This studyalso researches on the effective convergence of professional degree granting andappropriate professional qualifications, and the feasibility of the professional field ofMaster of Education /(sports direction/) integration. Conclusions： First, the four specialty areas of China’s full-time Professional Master’s Degreeof Kinesiology and Physical Education are reasonable, personnel training objectivesare clear and consistent with the basic characteristics of China's sports market.Otherwise, the fields of professional settings in each training unit are lack offlexibility with10year’s completely unchangeable, which cannot meet de needs ofthe current sports development. Professional Master’s Degree of Kinesiology andPhysical Education /(sports education areas）and Master of Education /(sports direction/)are professional duplication. Second, draw lessons from international experience, professional settings shouldbe line with the market, and talent upgrade from campus.
