摘　　要： 新中式景观设计的风格秉承中国古典园林与中国文化的深层内涵，以艺术美学理论蕴涵的独特艺术风格与艺术形式，形成新中式景观设计的风格。运用天人合一、以人为本的人文思想，使中国高超境界的造园思想与各种建筑形式融为一体，使各方面达到统一的和谐景观画面。通过对中国古今园林的研究，从中探索出适用于现代景观设计风格的精髓，具体到居住区景观中如何细化，如何应用，如何体现，是研究的关键所在。本文从追述居住区设计相关理论到新中式居住区景观设计的基本概念、理论研究、特点应用等方面构建新中式景观设计的需求。 为使新中式景观的形式、审美及人们的心理需求能够满足实际需要，本文着重研究传统文化在居住区景观设计中的发展与应用。通过实际案例分析当代新中式居住区景观设计的手法及现状，找寻出在现代居住区景观设计的道路上新中式景观设计的可持续发展。 Inheriting from the deeper connotation of classical Chinese garden and culture,the "new Chinese style"landscape design which mainly themed with the unique artistic style and artistic form which both containedin the theory of art aesthetics,we finally developed the people-oriented thought that emphasize the harmonybetween the man and the nature.With the thought that we have mentioned coming into use,we combined thesuperb artistic conception discovered by our ancestor with our today’s building form and natural sceneryand achieved the goal of unified harmony at last.Through the study of Chinese classical gardens,we foundthe essences that can be applied in modern building techniques.However the point which really matters liesin how we divide it:what should we do to guarantee that wo use it in the right way and by how we mayunfold it vividly before the public. To rebuild the demand of "new Chinese style"design,we dated ourresearch back from the correlational theory of traditional residential areas.By exploring the characters of scenery,the inclination of people’aesthetic and psychological need,findingthe proper way to make full use of our traditional experience,we would finally figure out theunstainable-development path on modern building skills in the future.
