海洋可再生能源发电场集电系统研究

摘  要: 由于节能减排、环境保护的压力以及常规能源的消耗,我国正在实施新能源开发战略,海洋能作为重要的可再生能源,其开发和利用必然成为能源领域的研究热点以及前沿技术。 波浪能和潮流能是各类海洋能中应用潜力最大的能源形式。在英国、西班牙、葡萄牙、丹麦等国家,波浪能、潮流能发电装置已进行了大量的实海况发电,而且有些国家已经建成了海洋能发电测试场,海洋能发电已经进入预商业化阶段。我国沿海海洋能资源丰富,沿海地区经济发达,用电量高,这样就需要我国加快开展海洋能发电技术的应用,建设海洋能发电场。 当前,我国还没有海洋能发电场,本文以海洋能发电场集电系统为研究对象,着眼于海洋能发电场发电机组集电拓扑结构的分析论证、输电系统拓扑结构的分析论证、提出不同案例适用不同方案,以及并网系统的设计和改善电力系统运行性能的方法。 论文首先分析了潮流能、波浪能发电的特点,并与风力发电进行了对比,指出海洋能发电间歇性强和出力不稳的特点,发电机组需经过电力电子技术输出恒频恒压才能并网;为具体研究海浪发电装置的特点,本文设计了一种新型振荡水柱式波浪能发电装置,通过对该装置的输出特性分析可知,该装置不仅可以改善电力输出特性,平滑输出功率,也提高了发电效率。 其次,概述了不同类型的发电机组集电拓扑结构,分析了各类布局的优缺点,同时提出了一种新型的集电拓扑结构,并与其他布局做了经济性和可靠性对比分析,得出该种布局的合理性及存在的优势。另外,对于一个既包括波浪能又包括潮流能的发电场情况,给出了两种区问接线方式。提出了八种输电系统拓扑结构,根据三种不同发电规模的案例,分组比较各结构的经济性成本和功率损耗,研究不同集电拓扑结构的适用情况。 本文还给出了10//35kV岸基并网系统,包括主接线形式、变电站一次设备等,提出了改善海洋能发电场运行性能的措施。 论文为建立海洋能发电场集电系统经济性评价方法和可靠性评价方法的综合评价体系提供了有利支撑;为我国实海况海洋能发电场建设提供工程建设依据。 Due to the pressure of energy conservation, environmental protection and conventional energy consumption, China is implementing the strategy of developing new energy, ocean energy as an important renewable energy, the development and use will inevitably become a hot research and cutting-edge technology in the energy sector. Wave energy and tidal energy is the greatest potential forms of energy in all kinds of marine energy. In the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and other countries, wave energy, tidal energy generation devices have a lot of real sea state power, and some countries have built test fields of ocean energy power generation, marine energy generation has entered the pre-commercialization stage. China is rich in coastal ocean energy resources in economically developed coastal areas, electricity consumption is high, so we need to accelerate the application of ocean energy power generation technology and construct ocean energy power plants. At present, China has not yet ocean energy power plant, in this paper, ocean energy farm collector system for the study, focusing on ocean energy power plant generators collector topology analysis and appraisal, analysis and appraisal of the transmission system topology, propose different scenarios design and improve the performance of the power system operation method to apply different solutions and grid systems. Firstly, the trend can be analyzed, the characteristics of wave energy and wind power were compared with pointed intermittent strong ocean energy generation and contribute to instability characteristics, generators subject to constant frequency output power electronics technology and the constant pressure to network; of the specific characteristics of wave power device research, we designed a new type of oscillating water column wave energy device, the output characteristics of the device through the analysis shows that the device can not only improve the power output characteristics, smooth power output, but also improves the power generation efficiency. Secondly, an overview of the different types of generators collector topology, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of layout, and proposed a new set of electrical topology and layout done with other economic and reliability of comparative analysis, was the reasonableness and advantages of this kind exists layout. Further, both for a wave energy can flow also includes farm, the two intervals are given wiring. Eight transmission system proposed topology according to the case of three different power scale, relatively economical packet cost and power consumption of the structure, the application of different studies collector topology. This article also gives10//35kV shore-based and network systems, including the main terminal forms a substation equipment, etc. Finally, give the use of marine energy generation energy storage device to improve system performance electric field method. Papers for the establishment of marine energy farms collecting economic evaluation methods and system reliability evaluation method provides a favorable comprehensive evaluation system support; provide the basis for the construction of real sea conditions ocean energy power plant construction.
