摘　　要： 本文以汕头职业技术学院音乐专业学生为对象,旨以企业家精神为视角,通过文献研究、比较分析、问卷调查和因子分析的方法,力图为音乐专业学生创业教育提供参照。本文认为创业教育的核心是企业家精神教育,创业教育的本质是培育企业家精神。本研究从企业家精神视角出发,通过探讨中外学校创业教育培养现状,进行比较并找出国内外异同,从而发现我国创业人才培养面临的不足之处,借鉴国外的创业教育优势,指导我国创业教育工作的开展。同时对汕头职业技术学院音乐专业学生进行实证分析,根据分析结果找出影响音乐专业学生创业意愿的主要因素；围绕创业教育的本质和影响大学生创业意愿的各方面因素,构造和建立基于企业家精神培育的音乐专业学生创业教育体系,为新型创业人才培养模式的建立提供参考依据。 本文共分五章： 第一章提出研究的问题,说明研究意义,并对目前国内外相关的创业教育的研究文献进行了整理和分析,最后说明了本文的研究思路与方法。 第二章为文献综述。对创业、创业教育、企业家精神的概念、内涵进行详细的阐述,并对我国高校创业教育的特点和音乐专业学生的创业特点进行分析、总结。 第三章为国内外创业教育的比较。对国外几所高校创业教育的经验进行总结,为我国创业教育提供启示。 第四章为调查研究。对汕头职业技术学院音乐专业学生创业教育进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析,找出影响音乐专业学生创业意愿的主要因素。 第五章为体系构建。在前面研究的基础上,构建了基于企业家精神为目标的音乐专业大学生创业培养逻辑,为建立音乐专业学生创业培养模式的提供参考。 In the perspective of entrepreneurial spirit, this paper takes the music majors in Shantou Polytechnic as the object of the research. It adopts the methods of literature research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey and factor analysis, which aims to provide reference for the entrepreneurial education of English majors. This paper holds the idea that the core of entrepreneurial education is the entrepreneurial spirit education, and the essence of it is the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit. The research discusses the current situation of the entrepreneurial education at home and abroad, makes comparison between them and finds out their similarities and difficulties, which helps to recognize our country's weak point in this aspect. It also learns from the advantages of the foreign countries and thus helps our country to carry out the entrepreneurial education besides, an empirical research is conducted among the research objects, from which we can figure out the major factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of music majors. What's more, the research helps to develop an entrepreneurial education system for music majors with the basis of the entrepreneurial spirit and to provide reference for the establishment of a new training pattern for entrepreneurs. This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter One is an introduction of the subject and significance of the research. It includes the collection and analysis of the current related bibliographies from home and abroad, and the explanation of the idea and methods of the research. Chapter Two is the literature review. It illustrates the concept and connotation of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial spirit. Also, it analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Chinese entrepreneurial education and that of entrepreneurs majoring in music. Chapter Three is the comparison of the entrepreneurial education at home and abroad. It summarizes the experience of the entrepreneurial education in several universities and colleges in foreign countries and helps to inspire that of our country's. Chapter Four is the research. It includes the questionnaire survey among the music majors in Shantou Polytechnic, the data of which are analyzed to figure out the major factors affecting their entrepreneurial intentions. Chapter Five is the establishment of the system. Based on the research above, a logic is developed for music majors with the goal to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit. It provides reference for the development of the training pattern of the entrepreneurship of music majors.
