中石油第二建设公司竞争战略研究

摘  要: 在当今市场竞争日趋激烈之际,企业已开始进入战略制胜时代,并逐步认识到必须重点研究外部环境的趋势性变化并根据这种长期趋势与企业内部条件的匹配来确定和规划企业的长远、整体目标与对策。战略是企业在分析外部环境的基础上,整合其内部资源,为了其自身的长期生存和持续均衡发展而采取的一系列行动方案,而竞争战略是企业制定战略规划的核心内容之一,因此,研究并确定与企业自身相匹配的竞争战略对企业生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。 本文以中石油第二建设公司为研究对象,重点研究在当今形势下中石油第二建设公司的竞争战略选择问题。论文首先对战略管理相关理论进行概述,将理论方法与企业实际问题相结合,采用SWOT分析法分别从公司内部环境和外部环境入手进行全方位分析,明确公司目前存在的优势与劣势、面临的机会与威胁,并结合公司发展战略目标,进而提出相应的竞争战略备选方案;然后采用QSPM矩阵分析法对方案进行定量评价,选定集中化战略作为公司未来可行的竞争战略;最后对竞争战略的顺利实施与执行提出了保障措施。本文针对中石油第二建设公司进行的竞争战略研究对公司提高竞争优势和业务长期发展具有一定的指导意义,同时为同行业内的石油石化建筑型企业的生存发展提供参考和借鉴价值。 In today's increasingly competitive market, companies have started to enter the era of strategy to win, and gradually realize must emphasis was on the trend of the external environment change and according to the long-term trend and internal conditions of matching to determine and planning enterprise in the long run, the overall goal and the countermeasure. Strategy is the enterprise on the basis of analyzing the external environment and integrating its internal resources, for its own long-term survival and equilibrium development of a series of action plans, and competitive strategy is one of the core content of enterprise development strategy planning, thus how to study and determine the enterprise competition strategy plays a vital role to the enterprise survival and development. This paper, based on the Second Construction Company of CNPC as the research object, focuses on the selection of its competitive strategy in today's situation. Firstly, using the SWOT analysis, there is a comprehensive analysis of the company's internal and external environment to specific the existing strengths and weaknesses, and the facing opportunities and threats of the company, and then appropriate competitive strategy options are proposed; Afterwards, the centralized strategic is selected as the feasible competitive strategy by quantitative evaluation on the plan of QSPM matrix analysis; Finally, the successful implementation of competition strategy and implementation safeguard measures are put forward. Though in view of researching the Second Construction Company of CNPC in competition strategic, this article has a certain guiding significance to improve the company's competitive advantage and to the long-term development of the business, and at the same time, has reference value for the long-term development of the petroleum construction enterprises in the same industry.
