TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力提升培训方案设计

摘  要: 旅游业是一个劳动密集型产业,旅行社作为旅游业的龙头,十年间得到了飞速发展。就以广州旅游市场为例,截止2011年9月份,共有大小174家旅行社。2013年广州接待游客1.52亿人次,旅游业总收入2202.39亿元。由此也就不难看出旅游业在中国的竞争是非常激烈的。如何在激烈的竞争环境中,使得企业立于不败之地,关键在于旅行企业的管理者的素质高低,也就是说管理者胜任能力直接决定企业的管理水平,管理水平直接关系企业存亡。为提高管理人员胜任力,增强旅游企业的竞争力和持续发展能力,就必须加强对管理人员的培训,改变培训方法,加强管理观念的转变,提高管理技能,补充管理知识,继而提升管理人员的胜任力。 随着市场发展,市场对旅游需求越来越大,造成很多企业降低门槛,招聘大量低素质的员工,导致员工素质参差不齐,这也是造成旅游企业管理人员胜任力低下的一个原因。管理人员的沟通能力、协调能力等能力的形成需要时间的积累,这就要求旅游企业全面提高管理人员综合素质,提升其胜任力,使其更具国际化、信息化视野,培养与时俱进的创新思维,在学习行业其他企业先进管理经验的同时要快速内化,以形成富有企业特色的核心竞争力。基于以上因素,本文选取国内旅游企业代表TQL旅游公司作为代表,分析其在提升管理人员胜任力的培训方案,阐述其培训问题所在,并针对问题提出完善培训管理的建议,希望以此提升TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力,并能带给其他同行企业启发和思考。 本文共分为六章。第一章是绪论,简要介绍本文研究的背景和意义,以及文章的研究思路及方法;第二章是文献综述,阐述本文写作过程中所参考胜任力理论和培训理论;第三章是TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力现状分析;第四章是TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力培训问题诊断分析;第五章提出了TQL旅游公司管理人员胜任力提升培训方案,针对TQL公司的实际情况,提出符合实际的培训内容和培训形式;第六章则提出了一些保障培训能够顺利实施的保障措施。 Tourism is a labor-intensive industry, the travel agency as the leading tourism, ten years has been rapid development. In guangzhou tourism market size, for example by September2011. In2013years there were a total of174travel agencies and52million people have a toursist in guangzhou. and tourism income of guangzhou is220.239billion yuan in2013. It also is easy to see that the tourism in China is very competitive. How in the fierce competitive environment, make the enterprise impregnable, travel is the key to enterprise managers'diathesis, i.e. managers competence directly decided the enterprise the management level, management level directly related to enterprise survival.In order to improve the management competence, strengthen the competitiveness of tourism enterprises and the sustainable development ability, it is necessary to strengthen the training of management personnel, change the training methods, strengthen the change of management concept, improve management skills, management knowledge, and enhance the competence of management. With the development of the market, more and more demand for tourism, caused many companies to reduce the threshold, hiring a large number of low quality of employees, lead to staff quality is uneven, which is caused by tourism enterprise management personnel competency of a reason. Management ability of communication and coordination ability formation needs time to accumulate, which requires the tourism enterprises improve management quality, improve their competence, making them more internationalization, informationization, cultivate innovative thinking, advancing with The Times in other learning industry advanced enterprise management experience to rapid internalization, to form a characteristic of enterprise core competitiveness. Based on the above factors, this article selects domestic tourism enterprises on behalf of TQL tourism company as representative, to analyze its management competency training programs in ascension, its training problem, improve training management Suggestions are put forward based on the problem, Hope to improve TQL travel company management competency, and can bring other peer enterprises inspiration and thinking. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, briefly introduced in this paper, we study the background and significance, as well as articles of research ideas and methods; The second chapter is literature review, the paper expounds this article referred to in the process of writing competence theory and training theory; The third chapter is the TQL travel company management personnel competency analysis of the situation; The fourth chapter is TQL travel company management competency training problem diagnosis analysis; The fifth chapter is about TQL travel company management personnel competency training plan proposal; The sixth chapter is about TQL management competence to improve training scheme design.
