摘　　要： 科技金融作为促进科技开发、科技成果转化,科技创新体系和金融体系的重要部分,也是高新技术产业持续发展过程中一大关键体系。高新技术产业是技术密集型产业,技术创新是产业发展的强大动力,是一个国家或地区实现未来经济持续增长的先导产业,对国民经济发展和产业结构转换具有决定性的促进、导向作用。由于该领域的大部分企业都是以科研、开发为先导的高投入、高风险企业,金融支持就显得尤为重要。多年来,在科技金融的驱动下,高新技术产业得到了突飞猛进的发展,有效缓解经济发展和科技创新中的技术与资金的矛盾,从而不断提高产业技术水平和国际竞争力,形成了科技与金融互动的良好局面。本文正是在我国大力提倡和发展高新技术产业的这一背景下,再次强调和探讨了科技金融的本质,并围绕“科技金融创新模式”这一核心,通过对高新科技产业融资模式和科技金融创新情况的深入调研,对其发展特点和成效进行较为全面的描述和总结。 本文采用高新技术产业作为研究对象,以产业总产值和专利数目作为衡量高新技术产业发展和创新的指标,用政府投入,企业内部融资,科技贷款代表科技金融体系,运用回归分析进行实证研究,分析高新技术产业和科技金融的影响,得出政府投入、企业内部融资、银行贷款与高新技术产业的科技创新和产业总产值呈正相关关系,显著性强,对高新技术产业科技创新产生正面影响。其中,企业内部融资正面影响最强；其次是政府投入；最后是银行贷款。 最后,根据分析结果,对优化我国高新技术产业发展的科技金融创新模式提出相关的建议。 To promote technological development and transformation of technological outcomes, technological finance is one of the important components of state scientific and technological innovation system and finance system, and is also one important system of the sustainable development of high-tech industry. High technology industry is technology-intensive industry while technological innovation is one great driving force of industry development. High technology industry is the leading industry for a country or region to achieve sustainable economic growth and is essential to determine and guide national economic development and industry structure transformation. As most of the companies in this industry that are high input and high output focus on technology innovation and development, financial support looks most important to them. In recent years, high-tech industry has great development thanks to the help of technological finance, which releases the conflict between new technology and funding in economic growth and technological innovation. Companies in high-tech industry keep on improving industrial technology level and international competitiveness, which lead to mutual benefits between technology and finance. With the background that high tech industry is highly promoted and supported by the government, this article re-emphasizes and discusses the nature of technological finance, and summarized its characteristics and achievement of its development based on in-depth analysis of the financing models and technological innovation used in high-tech industry with the core value of "technological finance innovation models" This article uses high-tech industry as study object, uses industry total production and patent numbers as the index to measure the development and innovation of high-tech industry, uses government investment, corporate internal financing and technological borrowing as representation of technological finance system; then uses regression analysis to study the effect of technological finance on high-tech industry. Based on the analysis, we concludes that government investment, corporate internal financing and bank loans have strong positive correlation with technological innovation and total production in high-tech industry, which means technological finance has positive effect on technological innovation in high-tech industry. Among all the variables, corporate internal financing has the strongest positive correlation; then government investment and then bank loans. Lastly, based on the above analysis, this article suggests some relevant recommendation on how to improve technological finance innovation models of high-tech industry development in China.
