摘 要: 家校合作是世界职业教育的发展趋势,符合我国的素质教育国策,也是中职学校实现三位一体合力育人目标的关键环节。通过对国内外家校合作文献的分析和实际调查,笔者梳理了当前家校合作的研究情况,发现研究者在职业学校家校合作研究方面存在不足。中职学校的家校合作实践已经取得了一些成绩,但由于各方面原因,合作实践存在许多问题。为了探索中职学校家校合作的有效策略,本文在分析中职学校家校合作现状、问题及问题原因的基础上,从中职学校家校合作的内容、方式以及实施保障、实施原则和实施途径等方面探讨了中职学校开展家校合作的有效策略。 本研究由五章组成,第一章介绍论文选题的来源、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究目的、研究内容以及研究思路和研究方法;第二章主要介绍家校合作的基本理论,为研究中职学校家校合作策略提供理论支持;第三章主要介绍中等职业学校家校合作的现状和问题,并进一步分析造成这些问题的原因;第四章主要介绍中职学校家校合作的内容、形式以及家校合作的实施原则、实施途径等;第五章主要介绍深圳市第二职业技术学校的家校合作实践及笔者的反思与体会。 通过本文的研究,期望对中职学校家校合作提供一些可行的策略,以增强中职学校家校合作的效果,提高中职学校的人才培养质量。 Home-school cooperation is the basic development trend of vocational education in theworld, our policy of quality education and the key link of achieving the Trinity cooperativeeducation in secondary vocational schools. Through the analysis, I combed through the currentsituation of theoretical research and practical cooperation between home and school, foundingdeficiencies in terms of theoretical study on home-school cooperation in vocational schools. Ianalyzed the achievements and problems of cooperation between home and school in secondaryvocational school by Comparative study, and analyzed the position, recognition, managementfactors leading to these problems. On this basis, I explored strategies of home-school cooperationfor secondary vocational schools from content, pattern and principle of safeguardsimplementation, implementation and implementation strategy. This research is made up of five chapter, the first chapter introduced research background,research meaning, research summary, research purpose, research content and research method;the second chapter introduced the basic theory of home school cooperation, providing theoreticalsupport for research in vocational school home-school strategy; the third chapter introducedvocational school home school cooperation of status and problem, and further analysis the reasonof those problems; fourth chapter introduced the forms and contents of the vocational schoolhome school cooperation, and home school cooperation of implementation principles andapproach; the fifth chapter introduced the application of this theory in Shenzhen No.2VocationalSchool of Technology. Through this research, the author expects to provide some practical strategies to enhancethe effectiveness of cooperation between home and school in secondary vocational school andimprove the quality of vocational schools.
