摘　　要： 职业教育是国家教育的重要组成部分，它肩负着为行业发展提供高素质专业技术人员的社会职责。近年来国家高度重视职业教育的发展。各类职业学校积极开展教学改革以提升办学质量，促进行业的发展。其中，专业建设是职业教育改革的核心之一，也是职业学校提升竞争力的重要举措。因此，专业建设已经得到了职业学校的广泛关注。 在经济的发展过程中许多行业出现了转型、产业结构发生了变化，这就导致就业结构也随之发生变化，新的就业岗位和岗位要求应运而生。医药行业是目前发展最快的行业之一。在经济的发展过程中，医药行业已经由传统走向现代化、信息化，并且出现了许多新的发展形式，其中医药电子商务是近年来发展势头最为强劲的模式之一。随着行业的转型与升级，企业对医药人才规格提出了新的要求。过去医药类中职学校所培养的人才已不能很好地满足行业对人才的新需求。特别是在医药电子商务领域中网上药店的快速发展使得医药电子商务人才需求急剧上升。人才的紧缺必然制约着行业的发展。因此，医药类中职学校必须积极进行新专业的开发以满足行业对人才的新需求，这样才能更好的发挥其社会功能。本人正是在这样的背景下，通过文献研究法、比较分析法和个案分析法等研究方法,对当前医药类中职学校药剂专业（原药品营销专业）在专业设置中存在的问题进行了分析研究，提出了医药类中职学校应根据行业需求开发医药电子商务专业的观点，并对新专业建设提出了自己的意见与看法。 本文共五部分：第一部分主要是阐述研究的背景、意义以及所做的文献研究等；第二部分主要是阐述中职医药专业开发的基本原则与理论基础；第三部分研究当前医药行业发展对人才需求状况以及通过调查了解目前中职医药专业设置的情况，阐述新专业开发的必要性和可行性；第四部分探讨当前医药中职学校专业建设存在的问题以及解决的对策；第五部分阐述中职医药电子商务专业建设的基本构想以及专业建设过程中要解决的问题，主要包括人才培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、教师队伍建设、人才评价机制等等。 Vocational education is an important part of national education. It shoulders t the socialresponsibilities of providing high-quality professional for the industry development. Countryattaches great importance to the development of vocational education in recent years. All kindsof vocational schools actively carry out teaching reforms to enhance the educational quality andto promote the development of industry. Among them, specialty construction is the core of thereform of vocational education. It is also an important measures to enhance competitiveness.Therefore, it has got the extensive concern of vocational schools. During the process of economic development, many industry transformations havehappened and industrial structure has changed, which leads to the change of employmentstructure. So new jobs appear and new requirements arises. The pharmaceutical industry iscurrently one of the fastest growing industry. In the process of economic development, thepharmaceutical industry has been from tradition to modernization and informatization. Manynew development forms have arises. The pharmaceutical electronic commerce is a new mode ofdevelopment momentum in recent years. With the transformation and upgrade of the industry,the enterprises have new requirements of medical personnel specifications. Career men by pastmedical class of secondary vocational schools have not well meet the new requirements.Especially in the field of pharmaceutical e-commerce pharmacies online rapidly develop, whichsharply need the relevant employees. The shortage of professional must restrict the developmentof industry. In a pharmaceutical school, therefore, the development of new majors must beactively carried out to meet the new demand for talents, so as to better play its social function.For this background, the writer analyzes the problems existing in the professional settings ofmedical pharmacy /(formerly pharmaceutical marketing professional/) through literature research,comparative analysis and case analysis in this paper, which puts forward that the secondaryvocational school should develop medical pharmaceutical e-commerce according to the demandof the industry.And the new views and opinions on specialty construction are put forward, too. In this paper, there are five parts: in the first part mainly this article’s research background,research significance and the literature research are elaborated; in the second part mainly the basic development principle of the secondary vocational pharmaceutical professional andtheoretical basis are elaborated;in the third part the current pharmaceutical industry developmentof talent demand are researched and through investigation the situation of secondary vocationalmedical specialties are elaborated, which expounds the necessity and feasibility of the newprofessional development; in the fourth part the current medical problems existing in thesecondary vocational school specialized construction and the solutions are discussed; in the fifthpart the basic idea of secondary vocational pharmaceutical e-commerce specialty constructionand the problems exsiting in the process of specialty construction are elaborated, mainlyincluding the talents training target, training mode, curriculum provision, teacher teamconstruction, talents evaluation mechanism and so on.
