异形钢管混凝土拱桥的受力分析及试验验证

摘  要: 随着我国城市建设的发展,人们对桥梁结构造型的美观性的要求也越来越高,因此集美学和使用功能为一体的异形钢管混凝土拱桥也得到了一定的应用。结构的异形化也带来了结构计算分析方面的问题,由于目前国内外仍缺乏足够的该类桥梁的设计与施工经验,因此有必要开展相应的研究工作。 论文以四川省雅安市石棉县主跨为120m的大渡河桥/(中承式异形钢管混凝土拱桥/)为研究背景,采用大型工程计算分析软件MIDAS CIVIL和ANSYS分别建立了全桥静力力学模型和拱座及斜腿关键部位局部分析模型,通过成桥荷载试验对该桥的整体受力性能和局部受力性能进行了研究。主要研究工作及结论如下: /(1/)采用MIDAS//CIVIL建立了全桥空间有限元模型,分析了施工阶段和成桥运营阶段拱肋应力和挠度变化,对主副拱肋、横斜撑、吊杆和主梁进行验算,结果均满足规范要求;研究了内填混凝土徐变对主副拱肋挠度及应力的影响规律。 /(2/)对异形钢管混凝土拱桥进行了成桥荷载试验,对比分析了拱肋、主梁、吊杆控制截面的理论计算值和试验实测值,验证了该桥的工作状态和实际承载能力满足规范要求。 /(3/)论文对整体模型无法分析的吊耳、拱座及斜腿进行了局部受力分析,得出了该结构满足设计规范的结论。研究表明:拱座、下斜腿及拱肋整体受力良好,拉压应力均满足材料强度设计值;在拱座与斜腿交接处、拱脚与主梁交接处、拱肋与拱脚内部转角处、截面突变处产生了应力集中,宜增设钢板或者加强钢筋网的布置密度等来实现结构应力的分散。 With the development of China's urban construction,the requirement of Bridge structure aesthetics is increasingly high.So the special-shaped steel tube concrete arch bridge which owns both beauty and utility is put into application. Shaped structure also brings some problems of structural analysis. Due to lack of sufficient experience in the design and construction to this kind of bridge, it is necessary to carry out appropriate research works. The Dadu River Bridge with the span of120m which is located in Shimian Sichuan Province, is taken as an example in research works. A full-bridge analysis model and a local analysis model to key parts of the inclined leg is established by software MIDAS CIVIL and ANSYS. The overall and local performance of the bridge have been studied by load tests. The main research work and conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the three dimensional finite element model of the full-bridge is establishing with MIDAS//Civil, the rib stress and deflection in construction stage and the operational stage have been analyied. At the same time,design calculations have been done to primary and secondary rib,crosswise beams,suspension wires and main beam,showing that the results are in accrodance with design requirements.Also,the influence to deflections and stresses in rilos duced by concrete creep in tube are stuied. Secondly,the load tests have been carred out to the special shaped steel tube concrete arch bridge to analyise the comparatively theoretical dates and experimental dates of rib,main beam,suspension wires. It is verified that the working conditions and the load carring capacity meet the design requirements. Thirdly,the local stress analysis to lug, abutments and oblique legs which cannot be analyzed through overall model,has been carred out,showing that the structure meets design specifications. It is concluded that the performance of the abutment and oblique leg rib are good,The tensile and compressive stresses are less than design values according to the material design strength. There are stress concentrations in the junction areas between abutment and oblique leg,abutment and beam,the conner of the abutment and rib where the tensile stress values are high.So it is necessary that some steel plate or reinforced steel bars would be increased to decrease the stresses.
