商业银行网银代缴话费系统的设计与实现

摘  要: 随着社会经济的不断发展,各大银行已经实现全国联网,同城异地存款,取款,通存通兑,而且可以在家里打开电脑登录网上银行操作,直接了解账户信息,转帐汇款,购买黄金白银、基金理财产品等,给人们的生活和社会经济带来了空前的变化。各大银行在持续发展上述传统业务的同时,近年来中间业务也得到蓬勃发展,各银行对中间业务资源争夺日益激烈,如果想在竞争中获胜,除了有效的营销策略和高质量的服务之外,中间业务系统的可靠性、先进性、易用性成为决定成败的重要因素。 本文对商业银行网上银行及中间业务的理论和发展进行了研究和概括,阐述了国内外在这一领域的研究现状。针对某商业银行湖南分行在电信运营这一市场的业务需求进行了详细的分析,结合该商业银行现有的业务和技术情况,设计了网上银行代缴话费系统。该系统正是银行中间业务发展产生的重要一种业务,是连接银行系统和电信系统的桥梁和纽带,减轻了电信部门由于收费业务造成的人力资源浪费,方便了普通消费者和企业客户日常缴费事务,同时为银行带来了中间业务收益与存款。 该系统采用分布式架构思想设计,前端应用为分布式web应用,基于Websphere使用JAVA语言开发,通过HttpClient实现总行网银应用与分行网银特色应用的无缝衔接。后端应用在中间业务平台上进行二次开发实现,基于IBM的交易中间件CICS和ORACLE11G使用PRO*C进行开发。系统设计符合经典的MVC分层模式,各层之间实现了松耦合,便于日后升级和维护。本文对该系统的系统实现、测试和运行情况进行了详尽的阐述,分析了系统的优势与不足之处。 With the continuous development of social economy, all major banks haveaccomplished nationwide networking, deposits of foreign city, withdrawals, freedeposits and withdrawal service. Meanwhile, logging on the online bank at home,directly access to the account information, transferring money and purchasing gold,fund financial products etc, have brought unprecedented change to people’s lives aswell as social economy. The intermediate business by major banks has developedsignificantly along with the sustainable traditional business mentioned above. In orderto win in the increasingly fierce competition of intermediate service, banks shouldrely on the factors such as reliability, advancement and usability of intermediateservice system in addition to the effective marketing strategy and high-qualityservice. We mainly studied and summarized the theory and development of online bankand its intermediate business in this paper, discussed the domestic and foreign studyrelated. Moreover, we particularly analyzed the market requirement regarding thebusiness in telecommunication of the Hunan Branch of a specific commercial bank,designing an online telephone charge system tailored to its current business andtechnology. The system is a pivotal service of banking intermediate service, bridgingthe gap between banking and telecommunication system, avoiding the HR waste intraditional charging system, bringing convenience to normal and business customersand bringing profits to the bank. The system is based on the distributed system, with the distributed webapplication in the front end. JAVA based on Websphere was used in the process. Theservice system could make seamless connetion between the head office and the branchonline bank application using HttpClient. Rear end application achieved second-timedevelopment in the intermediate service platform, based on the middleware CICS ofIBM and PRO*C of ORACLE11G. System designing is based on classic MVCstratification. Loose coupling between the layers would make the updating andmaintaining convenient. This paper articulated the implement, testing and running ofsystem, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages.
