摘　　要： 21世纪是一个经济迅速发展、社会飞快进步的时代。大学生作为国家宝贵的人才资源,肩负着更多的责任与使命。国家的经济发展很大程度上源于创业,因而创业型人才成为国家急切需要的宝贵资源。这就对当代大学生提出了更高的要求,作为大学生不仅要成为专业型人才更要成为创业型人才。经济危机的爆发在一定程度上使大学生的就业压力变大,国家制定优惠政策,鼓励并支持大学生创业,通过创业缓解就业压力的同时带动部分人就业。 创业在一定程度上得到了社会与大学生的认可。近几年大学生创业比率有所上升,但创业的成功率却很低。创业的成功与否受到多种因素的影响,如创业环境、创业者的素养、资金、家庭等因素,但主要是受创业者自身的创业素养影响。只有了解大学生创业素养的现状及主流特征,才能有针对性的提出提高大学生创业素养水平的策略。因此本文在竞优思想的指导下,从最有利于每个被调查对象的角度分析大学生创业素养特征,提炼大学生创业素养的主旋律,提炼主旋律主题,进行创业素养整体水平的评价,总结创业素养问题出现的原因,进而有针对性的提出创业教育的改进对策,具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文的主要研究内容如下： 首先,通过文献研究,对创业、创业素养、创业教育等核心概念进行了界定,对创业素养指标体系及创业教育现有研究成果进行了总结。通过对已有的大学生创业素养指标体系的文献总结以及专家意见,初步确定指标体系,并通过预调查和大样本的调查最终确定创业素养的指标体系,包括4个维度,20个指标要素。 其次,本文以东北大学近年的毕业生为主要研究对象,通过发放电子版、纸质版问卷进行数据收集。通过对回收的数据进行主旋律分析,了解大学生创业素养整体现状和创业意� In Twenty first Century, the economics develop rapidly, the social progresses quickly. As our county's valuable resources, College students should bear more responsibility and mission. The development of national economy bases largely on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial talents are the valuable resources that a country mostly need. So it puts forward higher requirements on the contemporary college students not only to become more professional talents but also to become entrepreneurial talent. The outbreak of the economic crisis strengthens the college students' employment pressure to a certain extent. In order to alleviate the employment pressure and drives employment, the state should formulate preferential policies to encourage and support Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is gradually accepted by society and the college students. In recent years, college students' Entrepreneurship rate rises but the Entrepreneurship successful rate is very low. The success of Entrepreneurship is affected by many factors, such as the entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial literacy, money, family and so on, but is mainly affected by the founders' own entrepreneurial quality. It's more targeted to put forward entrepreneurship education strategy after understanding the present situation and main feature of students Entrepreneurship accomplishments. Therefore, under the guidance of competing priorities thought, the author analysis characteristics of the college students' entrepreneurship accomplishments from the most beneficial point to each investigation object. Through refine the main melody and melody theme, evaluate the level of students' entrepreneurship accomplishments, summarize the reason of the problems, the author put forward the improvement countermeasure of entrepreneurship education.
