摘　　要： 区域经济空间格局的发展状况对区域经济的健康成长有着举足轻重的影响,空间经济格局的是否合理关系到区域系统以及社会经济整体发展水平的提高和协调发展。改革开放以来,河北省的经济和社会发展都取得了巨大进步,其空间布局也发生了较大的变化,但是各地级市间的经济发展出现失衡的状况,并呈现逐渐扩大的态势,已经影响到了河北省整体协调性的发展,引起了多方面的广泛关注。 本文首先对区域经济空间格局的相关概念进行界定,梳理了区域经济空间格局发展的相关理论,在整合国内外大量的学术研究成果的基础上,对区域经济空间格局的发展概况进行了综述。并重点分析了河北省11个地级市的经济空间发展的现状,根据区域经济结构发展理论,采用衡量地区经济发展水平的人均GDP作为主要分析指标,并利用极差、标准差、基尼系数、Thile系数、级比、变异系数等衡量区域经济发展的绝对差异、相对差异的评价方法对河北省11个地级市的经济发展水平进行了较为全面的实证分析。 通过以河北省11个地级市作为地域单元进行研究,对河北省区域经济发展水平进行了综合评价,主要从历史发展、自然地理、产业结构、区域政策以及人力资本等方面深入分析了河北省区域经济格局发展失衡的原因。 最后,针对河北省区域经济格局失衡现象逐渐严重的现状提出缓解各地级市间的经济差异以及实现区域经济协调发展的思路和建议。 The space structure of regional economic development has a significant effect on the healthful growth of the regional economy, Whether it is reasonable to the space structure of economy or not related to the regional system and raise the level of the overall socio-economic development and coordinated development. Since the reform and opening up, economic and social development in Hebei Province has made considerable progress, its space structure has also undergone a lot of changes, but the phenomenon of imbalances in economic development between the prefectural-level cities has affected the Hebei Province, caused widespread concern in many aspects. Because Hebei province need overall coordination of development, At first, the author defined the space structure of regional economic concept, and analyzed the regional economic development of space structure theory, based on the integration of a large number of domestic and foreign academic researches, and summarized overview of th/(?/) development of the space structure of regional economic. Second, analysis the development status of the economic space of11prefecture-level city in Hebei Province, in according to the development of regional economic structure theory, use per capita GDP to measure the level of regional economic development as the main analysis indicators, and the relatively difference, standard deviation, the Gini coefficient、Thile coefficient, level ratio, coefficient of variation to measure the absolute differences and the relative differences of regional economic development, to evaluate of the level of economic development of the11prefecture-level city in Hebei Province, more comprehensive empirical analysis. In the11prefecture-level city in Hebei Province as a geographical unit, and carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the level of regional economic development in Hebei Province,. Main five factors has result in regional economy difference of Hebei province, such as the historical development, physical geography, industrial structure, regional policy, and human capital reasons. These factors have affected the imbalance in the development of the regional economy in Hebei province. Finally, base on imbalances of space structure of regional economic in Hebei province, now we need To propose alleviate the economic imbalances between the prefectural-level city and the ideas and suggestions of achieve coordinated development of regional economy.
