摘　　要： 传统的德育模式，更多侧重于学校的教育，教育形式及教育内容比较单一，评价学生的标准也比较统一。但随着校企合作的深入开展，如何紧跟当前形势，满足社会对技能型人才的需求，这就要求中职学校在原有德育模式的基础上进行创新性研究。笔者根据多年的德育工作经验，构建了具有“琢玉”特色的“6421”德育模式，变学校德育封闭式为开放式，使每一位职业学校的学生经过老师教育后，具有较高的职业道德素养，成为企业需求的技能型人才。 The traditional mode of moral education more focused on school education. The formand content of education are very single. Meanwhile the evaluation standard for assessingstudents is also common. But with the deepening of the cooperation between schools andenterprises, In order to keep up with the current situation and meet the social demand for skilledworkers, we need innovative research on moral education based on the previous mode insecondary vocational school. The Author has constructed “jade' characteristic '6421' mode ofmoral education according to many-year-work experience. This mode is closed to the openmoral education so that every student has high professional ethics and becomes the skilledtalent of enterprises when they graduated from the school.
