摘 要: 随着信息技术和现代管理学知识的飞速发展和迅速普及,企业的经营方式发生了质的变化,政府、企业对于IT应用的需求越来越强烈,而先进的信息技术也为管理信息系统的发展奠定了良好的基础。如今科研公司及企事业单位所诸多核心竞争力中,“项目管理能力”成为衡量企业、公司现代化市场竞争能力至关重要的一点,数字信息化的项目管理方式也逐渐成为普遍采用的工作管理模式。因此,高效的项目管理信息系统对推动企业的项目管理业务向数字化、结构化、标准化、精细化、规范化、科学化管理具有重要意义。 本文简述了项目管理软件的概念及作用,以软件工程的思想为指导,针对辽河油田公司项目管理工作中的实际业务需求,简析了其项目管理的特点和信息化需求,并结合当前计算机软件主流开发技术,选择.NET技术进行系统的设计与开发。本系统从项目立项开始,分别从项目计划、项目进度、项目决策三大方面描述了辽河油田项目从立项到结束的完整工作流程。其中,项目计划包括项目立项、WBS编码、工作任务、项目变更四大部分;项目进度包括项目进度、项目任务表、工作重点难点、重点难点汇总四大部分;项目决策包括项目甘特图、项目形象进度、项目拖期任务、项目工作量进度、项目材料进度、项目机械进度、项目任务一览表八大部分。通过大量的表单、图形等形式形象系统的描述了项目在每个流程中的进展情况。本文还还涉及了系统中其他如用户管理、协同办公、成本管理等内容。采用SQL Server数据库,运用C#编程语言,在Visual Studio环境下开发,实现了信息处理的智能化。 本文描述了从需求分析,概要设计,到详细设计,其中包含了数据库设计,再到实现与测试的开发过程。本系统已经投入使用,并通过测试验证了本系统的可靠 With the rapid development and widespread of information technology and modern management knowledge, the business pattern of enterprises has changed a lot, governments, enterprises are increasingly strong demanding for IT applications, and a good foundation has been laid by advanced information technology for management information system development. Today, scientific research and a lot of companies and enterprises are the expression of the core competitiveness of our country, the "project management" has become a crucial point, and digital project management has become a widely used project management mode. Effective digital project management information system has vital importance to promote the standardization, digitalization, structural, scientization of project management industry. This paper introduces the concept of project management software and the role of Liaohe Oilfields Company for project management in the real business needs. Analysis of the characteristics of its project management and information technology needs, and combined with the current mainstream development of computer software technology. We choose Visual Studio2012techniques for system designing and development. The system starts from the project approval, respectively, from project planning, project schedule; project decision describes three aspects Liaohe oilfields project from the project to the end of a complete workflow.
