摘　　要： 21世纪,信息技术飞速发展,已成为带动经济增长的引擎,全国企事业单位信息化建设也已大范围的展开。鞍山师范学院办学规模逐年增大,为了提高办公效率及办学效率,鞍山师范学院教务管理系统的建设已不可避免。 本文在对单位调研分析的基础上,对单位的系统需求进行了分析,并在需求分析的基础上,对系统进行了功能设计、架构设计等,并结合目前流行的架构技术、数据库技术等信息化技术和管理技术,实现了鞍山师范学院教务管理系统。该系统主要实现了教工管理、学生管理、教务管理、统计查询、基础数据等部分功能。本论文的主要研究内容如下：首先介绍了课题研究背景及意义、教务管理系统建设的国内外现状等,接着对教务管理系统实现过程中所利用的技术和理论进行论述,并对学校业务、学校数据信息及系统实现的功能进行分析,及在系统分析的基础上,利用系统分析的文档,对教务管理系统的详细功能,系统架构、数据库等方面进行设计,最后对教务管理主要模块的实现及系统的测试方案进行了阐述。 鞍山师范学院教务管理系统已开始运行,运行效果显著良好、界面符合客户需求,操作简单,人机交互性强,提高了员工的办公效率。 The21st century is the IT fancying era commenced construction has a wide range of information technology enterprises. The number of the student of Anshan Normal University increased every year. In order to improve the efficiency of the office and school efficiency, Anshan Normal University Educational Management System construction is inevitable. This paper, based on research and analysis unit, and the system requirements of the units on the basis of the needs analysis, system functional design, and architecture design, and combined with the currently popular architecture technology, and database technology, and information technology and management techniques, achieves Educational Management System for Anshan Normal University. The system includes the teacher management, student management, educational management, statistical inquiry, basic data, and some of the features so on. The main contents of the paper is as follows:the paper firstly describes the background and significance of the research, educational management system construction status quo at abroad, and educational management system by technology and theory are discussed, and school business, school data and system functionality is researched, and based on system analysis, by some documents of system analysis on educational management system, the paper designed system architecture, database design, and finally realized educational management module and the program test. Educational Management System for Anshan Normal University has begun to run, has significantly affect good interface and meet to customer demand, and achieves simple operation, and strong human-computer interaction, and improves the efficiency of the staff.
