摘　　要： 经济快速发展的同时，给生态环境造成了严重的影响，如何修复“生态环境”、改善环境质量对于人类社会的可持续发展具有重要的影响。环保设备制造项目在改善环境方面具有重要的作用，国家在项目审批、税率征收等方面也有一定的优惠，项目的盈利潜力比较大。当前，国内环保设备制造类项目大多集中在污水治理项目方面，而且知名品牌企业比较少，市场集中度比较小，投资环保设备制造类项目市场竞争激烈程度在可承受范围之内。 本项目投资计划书是对东莞SQ公司环保设备制造项目进行研究与分析，首先对东莞SQ公司环保设备制造项目的投资背景、意义、项目投资计划书的编写内容以及指导思想等进行了阐述，并进而介绍了东莞SQ公司环保设备制造项目的定位、运行，在此基础上，重点分析了东莞SQ公司竞争环境、发展战略、投资运营规划以及财务投资、面临的风险，以期对提高东莞SQ公司环保设备制造项目的可行性提供可靠的依据。最后，根据前文分析的结果，探索该项目实施的可行性，并结合项目实施的战略目标，提出项目实施的具体方案。 通过对东莞SQ公司环保设备制造项目进行分析，本文认为无论是从公司内部环境还是从外部环境来说，该项目都具有较高的投资价值，因此，东莞SQ公司环保设备制造投资项目具有较高的投资价值。 The quick development of the economy also results in the drastic influence of theecological environment. Therefore, how to repair the ecological environment and improve theenvironmental quality is very important to prompt the sustainable development of the society.The project of manufacturing the environmental protection equipments plays an importantrole in improving the environment. And there are certain privileges in the project examinationand approving and taxation collection by the manufacturers of the environmental protectionequipments. Therefore, the profitable potential of this project is comparatively larger. Atpresent, the domestic project of manufacturing the environmental protection equipmentsmainly concentrates on the factor of the sewage treatment. What is more, there are a fewfamous brands in the industry and hence the market concentration is comparatively smaller.Therefore, the competition in the projects of manufacturing the environmental protectionequipments is within the range that the companies can bear. This project investment planning researches and analyzes the project of manufacturingthe environmental protection equipments by Dong Guan SQ Company. It firstly states theinvestment background, meaning, contents, and guidance of the project of manufacturing theenvironmental protection equipments by Dong Guan SQ Company. And then it introduces theorientation and operation of the project of manufacturing the environmental protectionequipments by Dong Guan SQ Company. On the basis of this, this paper emphasizes toanalyze the competitive environment, development strategy, planning for investment andoperation, the financial investment, and the risks that the company is faced with in order toprovide the reliable dependence for improving the feasibility of project of manufacturingthe environmental protection equipments by Dong Guan SQ Company. Finally, this paper alsoexplores the feasibility of implementing the project according to the results of the analysis aswell as the strategic objectives of the project implementation in order to put forward thespecific programs for implementing this project. Through the analysis of the project of manufacturing the environmental protectionequipments by Dong Guan SQ Company, this paper concludes that this project has higherinvestment values whether from the internal environment or from the external environment.Therefore, the project of manufacturing the environmental protection equipments by DongGuan SQ Company has higher investment values.
