摘　　要： 当前，企业信息化建设已由战术地位提升为战略地位，很多企业由于经营战略的需要，根据自身的任务、使命以及长远的发展目标，制定出适合自己的信息管理系统。但是企业信息管理系统的建设和开发是一项技术复杂、涉及面广，业务性强的工程。现在很多企业信息管理系统开发项目都会出现超支、延时的现象，导致这些现象出现的主要原因之一就是风险因素。 本文的研究以国内外在软件项目开发领域的研究和信息管理系统项目开发的基本理论为基础，重点针对信息管理系统项目开发中存在高失败率的情况，找出企业信息管理系统开发过程中的各种主要的风险因素。通过实证分析，以调查问卷等的形式，量化各种风险因素并通过统计分析，计算出相关数据，在此基础上对信息系统开发中的风险因素与开发效果间的因果关系进行了分析,并根据影响的显著性对风险因素进行分等级和排序。研究的成果可用于对那些影响程度显著的风险因素进行事前控制和企业根据各风险因素的评估情况来预测信息系统的开发效果，从而制定相应的决策。 Nowadays, Enterprise Informationization Construction has upgraded the status fromtactical position to strategic position. As the requirement of the Business Strategy, Manyenterprises developed their own information management system according to their mandates,missions and long-term development goals. But the developing of EnterpriseInformationization Construction is a very complicated project， so most of enterpriseinformation management systems development projects will be cost overruns or delay，Riskfactors are the main reason of these phenomena. This article is based on the research of the software project development in both Chinaand abroad, followed the Theory of information management system for project development,focused on high failure rate of project developing, found out all kinds of main risk factors onproject developing. Through empirical analysis, used the form of questionnaires quantify allthe risk factors, then calculated the related data through statistical analysis. Analysis thecausality between risk factors and development effectiveness, and sequenced the risk factorsin accordance with the influence degree. According to the research results, we can control themainly risk factors before they affect the developing of information management system, orwe can formulate the relevant decision According to the assessment of various risk factors topredict the effects of information system development.
