摘　　要： 随着经济的飞速发展,汽车进入中国市场后发展迅猛,合资品牌与自主品牌汽车也陆续创建制造基地。投资商清楚地了解到汽车数量必然出现井喷式上扬,并选择了汽车经销店作为投资项目。但近几年来,国内市场出现了经济趋势预期平淡、物价不断上涨等不稳定因素,这些因素促使投资汽车经销店的风险不断上涨。在这样的投资环境下,为了避免投资决策失误,投资商必须在初始阶段采取科学的投资可行性分析方法做好项目的前期论证,这样才能有效地规范项目投资行为,从而大大降低投资项目带来的财务损失风险。 本文通过了相关的财务分析方法,评价了该投资项目的财务可行性。本文首先根据项目的整体建设方向和投资规模,对需投入的固定资产和流动资产进行了成本估算,制定了初始投资计划和合适的资金筹措方式；接着对项目的盈利和偿债能力进行评价,通过相关财务指标的估算对比,评价项目的盈利和偿债情况；其次,通过盈亏平衡、敏感性分析以及风险权数评价该投资项目的风险状况并提出相关对策；最后根据以上分析得出该项目财务评价结论。 本文通过理论联系实际,运用投资项目财务评价的一般流程,对工作中的投资项目进行研究分析。通过这样的流程帮助投资商在项目投资过程中避免可能存在的风险。同时,通过做好项目前期充分的投资调查和清晰的投资计划,使投资商在制定决策时更理性,并且提前对投资做好整体规划。 Along with economic development, automobile has entered the China market and obtained the swift and violent development. Many brands have established a joint venture brands and independent brand in China, because the demand of the automobile gradually has risen, so many investors will choose the automobile dealership as an investment project. Just after a few years ago, the demand of automobile is greater than supply during the period of rising state, as well as auto makers constantly expanding production in China, the auto industry has entered the stable slowly rising pattern, and the competition has been fierce between the brands and the dealerships. At the same time, the influence of the current global financial crisis and the market economic forecast makes the domestic prices continue to rise. These factors have made investment in a rising risk of car dealership. In such an environment, in the early period of the investment project investment analysis is of great significance. In order to avoid investment mistakes, only make the investment project feasibility study in front of the car dealership investment, strengthen and standardize the financial risk of the investment car dealership project and adopt scientific investment decision-making method, which greatly reduce the risk of investment project may exist in investments. Technically, using a variety of financial evaluation tools, it shows the form of statistical results. On the financial evaluation tools, we use the various financial statements form to estimate the investment costs. On the basis of the construction scale of the project plan, we count out the investment in fixed assets, current assets investment and investment plan, which are carried out the project according to the results of various cost estimating capital source channel and the financing way. By the reasonable choice of financial indicators, the preparation of basic financial statements, calculation investment cost of the project, and related to the project feasibility analysis; Through the static and dynamic analysis and the statement of cash flows, we determine for the sensitive analysis of economic evaluation index, such as internal rate of return, net present value index. The calculation under the influence of the variance offers the ability of profit and the loss analysis of project investment. In this paper through the analysis of the research theories contact actual investment projects, we illustrates the car dealership investment project financial evaluation process. Through such a process, it can help avoid the investors blind investment behavior in the process of project investment. At the same time, it can make good early before establishing investment projects and investment research, clear investment plan, which makes a more rational investment projects, the budget and plan ahead good investment projects. In this paper it has an important guiding nature of the project for the Faw Toyota dealership investment analysis, and also provide the reference of the other car dealership automobile brand dealer.
