摘　　要： 科学的备件库存策略有利于设备的正常运行。备件库存过多会导致资金积压、有悖于企业的发展目标；备件库存过少又可能影响生产的正常运作、给设备管理工作中各种维修策略的实施带来阻力。通过备件库存优化管理，能够科学地评估备件的关键性、备件分类、准确的备件预测需求、合理地确定备件的安全库存量、再订货点以及经济订货量，从而实现以最少的资金占用和最低的生产延误风险的备件库存，并有利于找到备件库存资金占用与缺货损失的最佳平衡点。 目前，N水泥厂设备备件库存管理主要存在的问题包括：备件分类和采购申请没有充分地科学依据可循，大多数是个人凭经验拍脑袋。由于日常备件计划不准确，常常不该备的备件库里有，几年也用不上，资金占用不合理；该备的备件又需经常紧急采购，为正常的采购工作增加了难度，等等。 工欲善其事，必先利其器。为了从根本上改善N水泥厂的设备备件库存管理水平，论文首先介绍了国内外工业设备备件库存管理的研究现状和发展趋势，同时分析了N水泥厂设备维修备件库存管理中存在的主要问题，提出所要研究问题的基础上，指出了本文研究的主要目的和内容。然后本文对有关库存优化的管理方法进行了比较简要的介绍。然后以系统的观点，对水泥工业的维修备件的特点及其影响因素进行了较为详细的分析，运用基于德尔斐法的水泥设备和备件分类，ABC法则和EOQ理论进行分析，以设备分类为基础提出对设备备件的库存优化办法并在实际工作中予以实施。 本文通过对N水泥厂设备备件库存系统的优化研究，所得结果不但可以提供企业管理者进行库存决策的依据，有效地减少N水泥厂的安全库存量，减少库存占用资金，提高库存周转率，为企业降低成本寻找新的利润源提供一种新的思路，为N水泥厂设备管理人员提供未来的备件优化管理方向和更广阔的企业发展空间。 Scientific spare parts inventory strategy is beneficial to the normal operation ofequipments. Too much spare parts inventory lead to the deposit of funds, and against to thedevelopment target of the enterprise. Too few spare parts inventory will affect the normaloperation of the production, to implement various maintenance strategies in equipmentmanagement brought resistance. Through the optimization of spare parts inventorymanagement, the spare parts inventory status, list review, spare parts category division, theimportance of spare parts can be evaluated accurately, also safety stock, re-order point andeconomic order quantity can be confirmed, and realizes the funds on at least occupied andlowest production delay risk, and conducive to find the best balance point on spare parts stockand stock loss. At present, the equipment spare parts inventory management of N Cement Plant includethe main problems, spare parts classification and purchasing application have not fullyscientific planning, most of work were done by individuals experience, because the dailyspare parts plan is inaccurate, most of un-used spare parts were stocked in warehouse, thepurchaser also have to face many urgent applications, etc.. To do good work, one must first sharpen one’s tools. In order to improve the level ofspare parts inventory management of N cement plant, in the first chapter of the thepaper-Introduction, it introduced the research status and development trend of equipmentspare parts inventory management at home and abroad, and analysis the existing spare partsproblems of inventory management, point out the main purpose and content of this thesis.Then this thesis briefly introduces the management methods of inventory optimization. Thenin the view of system, it analysis the characteristics and influence factors of spare parts in thecement industry, the cement equipment and spare parts classification were utilized by Delphimethod, the analysis by ABC ruler and EOQ theory, the equipment classification is proposedbased on equipment spare parts inventory optimization and implemented in practical work. Through the research on the Optimization of N Cement Plant equipment spare partsinventory, the results can not only provide the managers of the enterprise inventory decision,and can reduce inventory, cut down costs and improve inventory turnover rate for enterprises,it help N Cement plant to find new profit sourcing by a new way of thinking, and provide thespare parts optimization management direction and the broader enterprise development spacefor the N cement plant.
