中国建筑业产出增长的贡献率研究

摘  要: 在20世纪的最后几年,我国将建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业,并列入经济发展计划,赋予了建筑业重要的历史使命和地位。我国在房地产、技术改造以及基本建设方面将会保持比较高的投资规模,与此相比,在建筑市场领域中出现了较大的发展机遇。从消费结构的角度来说,建筑行业是现阶段最需要快速发展的领域;从城市化进程的角度来说,现阶段社会人员对居民住宅这一方面具有较大的需求量,因此说建筑领域存在相当大的市场空间;除此之外,从现阶段来看建筑业这一领域能够将农村的大量剩余劳动力进行吸纳,可以在一定程度上解决现阶段面临的“三农问题”与“就业问题”,从这一角度而言,建筑业的快速发展能够对我国国民经济的发展起到较大的推动作用,同时能够有效的转移农村大量的剩余劳动力,有利于社会的稳定发展。因此对建筑业发展规律进行总结,研究建筑业产出增长机理,从而使其在我国的社会发展与国民经济进展中发挥应有的功能。 本文以中国建筑业从1995—-2011年的数据为基础,发现中国建筑业的总产值在17年间呈明显递增曲线关系,2011年与1995年相比,如不考虑折现的影响,建筑业总产值增长了20.2倍,年平均增长15.23/%。从2000年以后增长快速。借助于柯布—道格拉斯生产函数和索洛方程计算分析出科学技术、劳动投入和资本投入对产出增长的相对贡献率,以1995年为基准期,按可比价算,在产出年平均增长率为9.39/%中,劳动投入增长率/(EL/)、资本投入增长率/(Ex/)和科技进步增长率/(EA/)分别32.63/%、59.58/%和5.37/%。结果说明建筑业产出增长的贡献主要来源于资本投入K和劳动力L的贡献,科技进步A所起的作用相对不足。在省区层面,分析发现珠三角、长三角和环渤海地区建筑业的发展较快,广东省建筑业的综合实力处于全国中上水平。尽管我国建筑业的科技水平呈整体上升趋势,但建筑业在科技方面仍有很大的提升空间,因此建议重视建筑业科技人才培养,加强一线工人的技术培训和教育,重视技术创新,完善管理机制,减少成本支出水平,提高生产效率,在满足进城农村劳动力就业吸纳的前提下,保证建筑业的可持续发展。 In the last years of the twentieth Century, our country will be the construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, and the inclusion of economic development plan, given the construction industry an important historical mission and status. Consumption structure from the point of view, the construction industry is currently most in need of the rapidly developing field of city; from the process point of view, the present stage social workers have greater demand for residential buildings on the one hand, so that there is a considerable market space construction field; in addition, from the field of present stage the construction industry will be able to see a large number of surplus rural labor to absorb, can be resolved to a certain extent of the 'three rural issues' and 'employment', from this perspective, the rapid development of the construction industry can greatly promote the development of our national economy, and can effectively transfer a large number of rural surplus labor force, is conducive to social stability and development. Therefore, the development of the construction industry rules are summarized, the growth of construction industry output mechanism, so as to make it play its due role in the social development and national economic development in our country. In this paper, the Chinese construction industry from1995to2011data, based on data shows, total output value of China's construction industry has an increasing curve in17years in2011, compared with1995, without considering other factors, the construction industry output value increased by20.2times, compared with an average annual growth of15.23/%, year after year, fast growth since2000. Aiming at these problems, based on the Cobb Douglas production function and Solow equation analysis of science and technology, labor input and capital input on the relative contribution of output growth rate. Results show that, the output of the average annual growth rate of9.39/%, the growth rate of labor input, capital investment growth rate /(EL/)/(EK/) and the progress of science and technology growth rate /(EA/) were32.63/%,59.58/%and5.37/%. It is not difficult to see that, with the construction industry output growth the main source of labor input K and L contribute to the capital, the progress of science and technology of A is the least. At the provincial level, analysis found that the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and the construction industry of Bohai area rapid development of Guangdong Province, the comprehensive strength of the construction industry in the upper level. Although China's construction industry technology level is overall upward trend, but the construction industry in terms of science and technology is still much room for improvement, so great importance to construction of scientific and technological personnel training, strengthening of technical training and education workers, pay attention to technology innovation, improve the mechanism of management, reduce costs, improve production efficiency. To ensure the sustainable development of building industry.
