摘　　要： 近年来对乡村聚落的研究已有不少，却少有看到关于赣南地区除围屋以外的整体村落的研究。本文选择入选第四批中国历史文化名村的“江西赣县白鹭乡白鹭村”为典型案例，通过查找文献资料、实地调研、归纳分析以及模式比较等方式，将视角从单体建筑形制转向聚落的外部空间。 文章从赣南乡村聚落外部空间的构成特征谈起，确定了从系统观与整体观出发研究外部空间衍变过程的方法。分别从外部空间衍变的影响因素、构成内容和方式三个方面对赣南乡村聚落的外部空间的衍变进行重点研究。在具体的案例研究上，通过对赣南乡村聚落在现代演进过程中保留的“老村”与“新村”之间的对比研究，与新农村建设规划中的普通乡村聚落的对比，以及资料中记载的传统村落的对比研究，最终梳理出乡村聚落外部空间衍变的动因脉络，归纳地域内乡村聚落外部空间的衍变特点。在为乡土建筑的聚落研究提供新的地域参考的同时，对其在历史淘沙中保留下来的优秀的外部空间设计理念进行整理，为新村建设提供一定的借鉴意见。 赣南村落在社会转型的大浪潮中发生了很大的改变，外部空间作为公共活动的发生地是一个很重要的方面。对优秀的乡村聚落遗产的保护，不能只局限于对单体建筑物质空壳的保护，保护的范围应该扩展到场所精神、民俗文化等方面。虽然乡村聚落必将随着时代的发展有一定适应性的调整，但是，保护是必须的，对传统村落“原型”的保护是未来聚落保护的普适性道路。而新村建设，承载着一方百姓追求现代生活的企盼，也应该以平稳健康的方式与传统民居建筑相融合。 In recent years,there have been many researches of rural settlements.However,there has been little study on the village of South Jiangxi except thehouse form of WeiWu.This dissertation take the BaiLu village which is one ofthe fouth batch of "Chinese historical and cultural village"as an typicalcase.From the perspective of the exterior space of settlement by using the wayof search literature,investigation,analysis and model comparison and so on. At the begin of this paper,it refers to the structure characteristic of exteriorspace of South Jiangxi rural settlement,then make sure the method of theexternal space evolution as the view of system and entirety.the paper take theresearch of the evolution of exterior space from three aspects of theinfluencing factors,the content and the pattern. When it comes to the study ofspecific case,based on the comparative study among the"old village",the“newvillage”in the modern evolution,the common village in the new ruralconstruction and the content about traditional village,finally the author teaseout the agent of the evolution of exterior space about rural settlements andconclude the characteristic of the evolution.The dissertation provide a newregional reference.At the same time,it sort out the excellent external spacedesign concept preserved in the history.it may also provide some reference forthe new village construction. The village in South Jiangxi has changed a lot in the tide of socialtransformation,the exterior space which is a place for public activities is avery important aspect of it.The protection of the heritage of outstanding ruralsettlement should not only confined to the protection of the single building orjust a shell of material.The scope of protection should be extended to theplace spirit,folklore culture and so on.Although rural settlements must take aadjustment with the development of society,however,the protection isnecessary,especially the protection of “prototype”.And the new village,carrying the villagers’ pursuit of modern life expectation,should alsobe combined with the traditional residential architecture in a steady andhealthy way.
