三环减速器的数字化建模运动仿真及实验研究

摘  要: 随着现代机械化水平的不断提高,人们的生活愈加便利,对机电产品的性能要求也不断提高,机电产品只有向着轻量化、高效率、低能耗、低噪声等方向发展才会有市场、有竞争力。三环减速器属于少齿差行星齿轮传动的一种形式,以其减速比大、体积小、承载能力强、结构紧凑、功率范围广等特点,已在各行各业中广泛应用/[1/]。内齿板是三环减速器的关键零部件,其制造精度直接影响三环减速器的性能。但是,现在广泛使用的内齿板加工方案存在诸多不足,严重影响着三环减速器的应用及推广。同时,三环减速器的结构特点--内齿板啮合条件,决定了内齿板的装配顺序。迄今,也没有文献能把三环减速器内齿板的装配顺序解释清楚,导致三环减速器经常无法正确装配,直接制约三环减速器的发展。 文中对三环减速器内齿板的加工方法、装配顺序及结构形式进行理论分析实验研究。首先,根据三环减速器的啮合条件,提出一种新的内齿板的加工方案,并用CAD软件UG采用新的内齿板加工方案对三环减速器进行数字化建模。通过对虚拟样机的运动仿真分析,仿真结果表明新方案加工的内齿板满足减速比,证明了新的内齿板加工方案的可行性;其次,通过对三环减速器的啮合条件的分析,提出三环减速器内齿板装配顺序与输入轴上的键槽分布有关。假设若干内齿板的装配顺序,通过不同装配顺序的对比,证明了内齿板的装配顺序确实与输入轴上的键槽分布有关;然后,利用UG NX7.0和ANSYS workbench对三环减速器的箱体进行模态分析求解,确定了三环减速器的箱体的固有频率和对应振型,对避免系统共振的发生提供了重要依据。最后,对三环减速器的箱体的进行振动加速度测试试验,利用Matlab软件编程对采集的振动加速度信号进行傅里叶变换,绘制出箱体的振动频谱曲线,然后根据曲线特征分析三环减速器齿轮箱的动态性能。 With the continuous improvement of modern mechanization level, the deepeningof the research on gear transmission, which has characteristics of compact structure,large carrying capacity of gear transmission form has attracted extensive attention ofthe industry. Three-ring gear reducer is a form of less tooth differenced planetary geartransmission, with its large transmission ratio, small volume, strong carrying capacity,compact structure, wide range of power and other characteristics, has been widely usedin all walks of life. Internal tooth plate is the key of three-ring gear reducer parts, itsmanufacturing precision directly affect the performance of three-ring gear reducer. Butnow widely used in tooth plate processing scheme has many insufficient, seriouslyaffect the application and promotion of three-ring gear reducer. At the same time, thestructure characteristics of three-ring gear reducer, meshing condition of inner rack,determines the inner tooth plate assembly sequence. To date, there has been noliterature can also put the three-ring gear reducer tooth plate assembly in order to makeit clear, often cannot lead to three-ring gear reducer assembly, correct directly restrictsthe development of three-ring gear reducer. In this paper, the three-ring gear reducer tooth plate processing method, assemblysequence and structure analysis experiments. First of all, according to the condition ofmeshing of three-ring gear reducer, the paper puts forward a new processing scheme ofinner tooth plate, using CAD software UG in adopting new digital modeling of toothplate processing scheme of three-ring gear reducer. Through analyzing the movementof the virtual prototype simulation and processing of the result of simulation showsthat the new scheme satisfy the reduction ratio of inner rack, prove the feasibility ofnew inner tooth plate treatment program; Secondly, through the analysis of thecondition of meshing of three-ring gear reducer, three-ring gear reducer is put forwardin tooth plate assembly sequence related to the input shaft keyway distribution. Theauthor assumes that a number of internal tooth plate assembly sequence, through the comparison of different assembly sequence proves that the tooth plate assemblysequence is related to with the keyway on the input shaft distribution; Then, using UGNX7.0and ANSYS workbench of three-ring gear reducer casing modal analysis,determine the three-ring gear reducer box type vibration frequencies and to use, toprevent the occurrence of resonance system provides an important basis.Finally, thethree-ring gear reducer box body vibration acceleration test experiment was carried out,using Matlab software programming to obtain the vibration acceleration signal ofFourier transform, and draw out of the box body vibration spectrum curve, and thenaccording to the characters of curve analysis of the dynamic performance of three-ringgear reducer gear box.
