摘 要: 随着科技的不断进步,计算机软、硬件技术得到了快速地发展,嵌入式系统的应用也越来越广;嵌入式产品以其小巧、便携、智能、实用等特点越来越受到人们的青睐,被用在工业控制的各种不同场合,数据采集系统就是其中的一项重要应用。与此同时,随着科技的发展,人们对数据采集系统的速度、精度、控制方式等性能指标的要求越来越高,同时也追求于数据的实时动态显示以便于对工业现场更好的控制。因此设计出带有友好图形用户界面、能够进行高速数据采集与传输、操作方便的嵌入式数据采集系统具有很高的实用价值和研究价值,本课题讨论的就是如何设计这样一种数据采集系统,以及讨论其应用。 本文首先讨论了数据采集系统的发展历程与应用现状;然后对嵌入式系统发展历程进行了概述,引出了对嵌入式系统定义与特点的分析;紧接着对嵌入式Linux操作系统和图形界面开发库Qt//E进行了研究;最后提出了基于嵌入式Linux和Qt//E的数据采集系统的设计方案。该数据采集系统的硬件电路由核心控制模块和前端采集模块构成,核心控制模块是以S3C2440A处理器为核心的嵌入式平台,主要负责数据采集的开启、数据采集过程控制、采集数据的接收与实时动态显示等核心控制任务;前端采集模块主要完成模数转换,数据传输的任务,由信号调理电路、A//D转换电路和CPLD控制电路组成。 在明确各功能模块原理的基础上本文首先完成了电路原理图和系统的PCB设计;然后给出了Bootloader移植、Linux内核移植、根文件系统制作、Qt//E库移植的方法,构建了嵌入式平台的基础软件系统;最后实现了Linux系统下底层字符设备驱动开发,完成了上层数据采集及Qt图形用户界面应用程序的设计。论文最后针对课题所做的工作进行了总结,分析 With the constant progress of science and technology, comuter software andhardware technology obtained fast development, application of the embedded systemis becoming more and more wide. And embedded products with its compact, protable,intelligent, practical characteristics such as more and more get the favour of people, tobe used in various industrial control occasions, data acquisition system is one of theimportant application. At the same time, with the development of science andtechnology, the demand of the data acquisiton system performance index, such assampling speed, precision, control mode, etc., is higher and higher; meanwhile,people also pursuit in real-time dynamic diaplay of data in order to facilitate controlof the industrial field. So design with friendly graphical user interface, the ability ofhigh speed data acquisition and transmission, convenient operation of the embeddeddata acquisition system has high practical value and research value, what this paperdiscusses is just how to construct such a system and its application. The paper first discusses the development cource and application status of dataacquisition; then after summarizing the development cource of embedded system,analyze the definition and feature of embedded system; upon that study Linuxoperations system and the graphical interface development library Qt//E; finallypropose a design proposal of data acquisition based on embdeded Linux operationssystem and Qt//E. The hardware circuit of data acquisition system is made up ofcentral control module and the front-end acquisition module, the core control modulebased on S3C2440A processor as the core of the embedded platform, is mainlyresponsible for the opening of data acquisition, process control of data acquisition,data receiving and real-time dynamic display and so on core control task; thefront-end acquisition module mainly complete the analog-to-digital conversion, datatransmission task, which is made up of the signal conditioning circuit, A//D conversioncircuit and CPLD control
