摘　　要： 近年来，随着工业化的快速发展，人类对环境和资源的过度开发和使用，使大气污染、水体污染、人体血铅超标等环境污染问题日益严重，加之中国公众对于环境保护“关注却不参与的”态度使得对于公众环境行为影响因素的研究势在必行。 本研究在分析以往学者的研究成果的基础上对环境行为的内涵进行了诠释，在此基础上构建了测量居民环境行为影响因素的量表，并使用该量表对西安市城六区的居民进行了一定范围的随机抽样调查。应用结构方程模型对影响西安市居民环境行为的因素进行了因子分析和路径分析，在因子分析中利用主成份分析法将影响因素简化为环境知识、环境态度、环境意识和外部因素四个主因子，进而利用路径分析证明了环境行为与这四个主因子之间存在显著的正向相关关系。同时调研活动了解了西安市居民身边的所出现的环境问题以及他们对于西安市环境保护工作的意见与建议，并将调研结果与2002年董小林教授的调研结果进行了对比分析，了解到西安市居民与十几年前相比对于西安市环境满意度有所降低，人们对于西安市环境污染主要原因还是集中归结在环境管理不当和环保投资不足上，而对于未来几年政府针对环境保护的工作重点仍然需要停留在大气污染、城市垃圾处理和水污染上。最后，针对西安市环境现状，提出了提升居民积极的环境行为的可行性建议。 In recent years, with the rapid development of industrialization, human over-exploitationand use of the environment and resources, so that air pollution, water pollution, and otherhuman blood lead exceeded the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,coupled with the Chinese public for environmental protection "concerns not participate the"attitude makes the study of the behavior of the public environmental factors is imperative. In this study, researchers analyzed the results of previous studies on the basis of theconnotation of environmental behavior were interpreted on the basis of environmentalbehavior of residents constructed to measure the scale factors, and using the scale of sixresidents of the District of Xi'an City conducted a random sample survey of a certain range.Application of structural equation modeling the factors affecting the environmental behaviorof Xi'an residents were factor analysis and path analysis, environmental factors simplifies theuse of principal component analysis of knowledge in factor analysis, environmental attitude,environmental awareness and external factors that four main factors, and then use pathanalysis proved the existence of significant environmental behavior among the four mainfactors positively correlated. Meanwhile research activities that appear to understand theenvironmental issues around Xi'an residents and their comments and suggestions forenvironmental protection work in Xi'an, and the findings with the2002findings ProfessorDong Xiaolin conducted a comparative analysis, I learned Xi'an for residents and more than adozen years ago, Xi'an environment satisfaction decreased, people are still mainlyconcentrated in Xi'an attributed to environmental pollution, and for the next few years thegovernment work for environmental protection in the improper environmental managementand lack of investment in environmental protection still need to stay focused on air pollution,urban waste and water pollution. Finally, for the state of the environment in Xi'an, proposedto enhance the positive environmental behavior of residents feasibility proposal.
