摘 要: 随着信息技术的飞速发展,网络在人们生活中的地位悄然上升,而基于网络发展起来的电子商务也迎来了前所未有的大发展,正是由于电子商务和网上购物等新的工作、生活方式,带动了我国快递业的快速发展。近年来,我国的快递业几乎都以几何级速度增长着。但是,高速增长的背后却隐藏着诸多隐患。近几年发生在快递企业身上的问题层出不穷,如快递变慢递、物件损毁、丢失、毒快递等事件无不反映出快递服务过程中的漏洞,为快递企业的经营管理和长远发展带来了很大风险。 本文在前人研究的基础上,根据风险管理理论,对快递企业服务风险的影响因素进行识别,构建了快递企业服务风险指标体系,并且通过问卷调查法,运用层次分析法对指标体系进行打分,进而根据各风险因素得分情况对指标体系进行修改,同时也确定各风险因素的权重,最后通过模糊综合评价法对这些风险因素进行评价,得出快递企业服务风险总得分即风险程度,从而有针对性的提出快递企业服务风险预警模型和防范机制。 With the quick development of IT technology, the state of network is rising in our lifeand electronic business based on the network also get a very good opportunity ofdevelopment. It is the new style of work and life such as electronic and shoppingonline that push Express industry in our country to quickly develop. Recent years,express industry is rising dramatically, but at the back of quick development therehave be lots of problems in the express enterprises such as delivering slowly, destroyof deliveries, noxious deliveries and so on, which reflect the leaks in the services ofexpress enterprises and that bring express enterprises big risk. According to the general process of risk management this article based onpredecessors’ studies identify the factors that affect risks, build service risk indexsystem of express corporate and with the way of questionnaire, use AHP to give theindex system a score, then based on the score modify the model, at the same timeconfirm the weight of each factor, finally value the risk factors through the way ofFCE, we can get the aggregate score----the level of risk, so offer risk early warningand defense model which is on the questions of service risks of express corporate.
