摘 要: 本文以我国民营快递企业的竞争力作为研究对象。近几年来,随着我国经济的发展,人们生活节奏的加快以及顾客市场需求的越来越多样化,我国民营快递企业获得了高速发展。 本文首先从经济环境、交通运输环境、技术环境以及政策体制环境方面详细介绍分析了我国民营快递企业所处的宏观环境,以对我国民营快递企业的发展情况进行深入地了解。其次,构建民营快递企业的竞争力指标,运用定性和定量相结合的分析方法,对比国有快递企业和外资快递企业,对民营快递企业各项竞争力指标做了对比分析。最后,在详细分析了的民营快递企业发展宏观换机和竞争力状况的基础上,采用SWOT模型作为理论的支撑,分别研究与探讨了我国民营快递企业具有的优势、劣势、发展机会以及在其发展中所受到的威胁,并对如何提升我国民营快递的竞争力提出了一些建议。 Express industry is a kind of modern service industry which is productive andconsumptive. At the same time, this article collected a large amount of data,established coefficient matrix of relative indicators for qualitative and quantitativeanalysis which can make research findings more objectivity and credibility andovercome the ambiguity and subjectivity of text analysis. At the beginning of this article, this paper gave detailed analysis of themacro-environment of the private express delivery companies from the angle ofeconomic environment, transport policy and technical environment. Secondly, buildprivate Courier enterprise competitiveness indicators, using the combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis method, comparing state-owned express deliverycompanies and foreign express companies, the private Courier enterprisecompetitiveness index made a comparative analysis. Lastly. on the basis of a detailedanalysis of the typical macro-environment and status of competition of the fourprivate companies, the paper had used the SWOT model as a theoretical support toresearch and explore the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities as well as the threatsof private express delivery companies in China after which some advice aboutpromoting competitive were come up with.
