摘 要: 网络技术的迅速发展为思想政治教育工作的开展提供了更多的技术支持和选择,这些新工具如微博在信息传播、知识获取、互动交流方面都颠覆了过往的模式,内容更丰富,形式更生动,在贴近教育对象这一点上体现出了很强的针对性,是对高校思想政治教育的完善和补充。微博已经成为大学生思想政治教育的载体之一,使用微博的学生比例越来越高,影响范围和影响力逐渐扩大,这大大拓展了高校思想政治工作的范围和效力,但是,任何一种新的工具,在环境中发挥功能总是体现出一个螺旋式的体态,微博的运行过程中我们也发现了问题,诸如信息源是否可信、互动过程是否走样、回复不当恶化负面影响等,这些都是随之而来的挑战。因此,高校学生工作者需要加强对微博应用于高校学生工作的认识和理解并始终保持高关注度,这样才能避免受众基于高期望值之上因为受挫而产生的反向逆反心理,以便更好地开展学生教育工作。 本文结合这一背景,以微博这一主流网络工具为研究对象,通过社会调查问卷等形式构成分析的严谨基础,发现其在高校思想政治教育工作开展中出现的困境以及原因,参考高校运转机构和人员设置,给出对应的建议,力图对于思想政治教育工作的理论在网络社会背景下的完善做出有益补充。 The rapid development of network technology provides more technical supportand choices to further develop ideological and political education. What’s more, thesenew tools like micro-blog transform history pattern to modern one in informationspreading, knowledge acquisition, interactive communication, creating richer contentand more vivid form. It reviews more powerful relevant to get in touch with theeducation object, complicating and supplying the high school political education.Micro-blog has become one of the vectors of ideological and political education, thenumber of students who use it has increased. With the expanding of micro-blog scopeand influence, the range of ideological political work and effectiveness enlarged.However, no matter what kind of new tools will play as a spiral feature in thecircumstance, which is also found in running micro-blog. For example, problems existin whether the information source is credible, whether interactive process alias,whether inappropriate respond will lead to the negative impact and so on. These arethe coming challenges. Therefore, high educators should strengthen the understandingof high education students work and maintain highly concern, so as to avoidaudience’s reverse psychology in case of frustration basing on high expectation ofeducation, better developing the students’education. This paper combined the background with the mainstream micro-blog networktool for the study, Through the basis of rigorous analysis of questionnaires and otherforms of social research, we found out the plight as well as the reasons in theideological and political education. With the reference of managing institutions ofuniversity and staff arrangement, recommendations are made point to point, trying toperfect the ideological and political educational theory under the social network.
