摘　　要： 本报告旨在通过选取2008-2013年为样本空间，以法庭口译员资源较为集中的泰领公司法庭口译员库为问卷调查对象及法官访谈等为第一手资料，概括得出广州地区法庭口译的职业发展现状；另辅以间接获得的数据，通过对比，在控制理论和曾文中口译职业化模型下，概括得出广州地区法庭口译职业化发展趋势。 本报告得出，广州地区法庭口译职业化发展呈以下几个特征：法庭口译职业在其知识技能和译员准入方面影响增强，在公众理解、职业道德以及对市场的控制力方面影响力没有明显变化，总体控制力与过去相比仍然较弱。但是以曾文中的模型衡量，虽然法庭口译大体仍处于第一阶段，但已经展现出第二、第三甚至第四阶段的特征。要获得进一步发展，需通过具体措施，如编制译员庭审指引及译员使用手册、授权教育机构主办法庭口译员考试、建立小语种法庭口译材料资源库等，规范法庭口译市场、维护译员权利、提供发展空间、维护我国涉外法庭审理的公平公正。 In this report, the period2008-2013is chosen as the subject of research, whencourt interpreting in Guangzhou has gone through changes that are reflected inself-designed questionnaires to court interpreters, and interviews with judges andcourt interpreter employers. These constitute the primary data. Second-hand data areacquired to make a comparison with the first-hand ones. Within the framework of thetheory of control and the model of Tseng, the trend of court interpretingprofessionalization in Guangzhou is concluded and further suggestions are giventhereafter. The findings are features that court interpreting professionalization in Guangzhouhas over the past6years: it is more influential on the control of expertise and ofadmission to the profession, but it remains roughly the same old in controls overmystification, code of ethics and over the market. When put in Tseng’s model, it isfound that during the past years it is representing some features of Phase II, Phase IIIand even Phase IV, despite that it is largely on the Phase I basis. Concrete suggestionsfor its future development include court interpreting handbook, accreditation testcontracted to certain education institutions, sourcing pool of court interpretingmaterials for non-English court hearings, etc. They are to standardize the market ofcourt interpreting, to safeguard rights to court interpreters and to better up their futureperspective, and to guarantee the equality and fairness of foreigner-related courthearings in China.
