摘　　要： 腐败是一种历史性、世界性的痼疾，腐败的存在严重影响了政府的公信力和形象，阻碍经济的发展、文明的进步，造成社会资源的浪费。由于阳江市在反腐败监督上的不足，黑恶势力一度垄断了阳江市的重要经济枢纽，严重阻碍了经济社会的发展。虽然近年来阳江市政府及司法机关在反腐倡廉上做了大量工作，但当前反腐败形势依然严峻，腐败大案要案频频发生，必须引起我们的高度重视。反腐倡廉监督体系的建立健全，不仅仅是依靠某个政府部门，而是由法律及思想作为基础，各个监督主体作为支柱，才能支撑起整个地区的清廉风气。 阳江市检察系统作为司法监督部门，在反腐败过程中发挥着重要作用。通过分析阳江市检察系统与各个反腐败主体的关系，以及其反腐败的内容、特征、方式、现状等，发现阳江市检察系统反腐败存在着检察队伍素质有待提高、查办案件的手段及方法较为单薄、公众参与反腐败的意愿较低、政府信息公开程度不足加重了政府与公众之间信息不对称的程度、媒体舆论的监督乏力等问题，并对这些问题的产生进行了原因剖析。主要是因为阳江市检察系统在治理反腐败问题上，无法让全方位多元监督有效发挥应用的作用。 在对国内外清廉指数较高的地区及国家的反腐败先进经验和做法进行研究后，吸取了适合阳江市检察系统的好经验，提出了基于公共治理视角完善阳江市检察系统反腐败的对策及建议：完善管制体制，大力提高队伍素质、建立信息共享机制和平台、促进政府信息公开、强化媒体舆论监督等，促进阳江市检察系统反腐败事业的发展。 Corruption is a historical, global ailment, corruption have seriously affected thegovernment's credibility and image, hinders the development of economy, the progress ofcivilization, resulting in a waste of social resources. Because of the anti-corruptionsupervision of Yangjiang city is insufficient, the evil forces once monopolized the importanteconomic hub of Yangjiang City, has seriously hindered the development of economy andsociety. Although in recent years Yangjiang City Hall and judicial authoritieshave done a lotof work in the anti-corruption, but the current anti-corruption situation is still grim, corruptionoccur frequently, we must pay great attention to. The establishment of a sound anti-corruptionsupervision system, not only by a government department, but by law and ideas as a basis,subject to various supervision as the pillar, to support the whole area's clean atmosphere. Yangjiang procuratorial system as a judicial supervision departments, plays an importantrole in the anti-corruption process. Through the analysis of the relationship betweenYangjiang procuratorial system and the anti-corruptionbody, as well as its anti-corruptioncontent, characteristics, methods,current situation, found that the Yangjiang city attorneysystem anti-corruption exists the procuratorial personnel quality should be improved,themeans and methods of investigating and handling cases of weak, public participation in theanti-corruption will lower, government information openenough aggravates the informationasymmetry between the government and the public, media and public opinion supervision isweak and other issues, the causes of these problems and the reasons. MainlybecauseYangjiang procuratorial system in the governance of anti-corruption issues,unable tomake a full range of multi supervision effectively play the role of application. Based on the research of the domestic and foreign corruption perceptions index higherarea and the national anti-corruption advanced experience and practice, learn from goodexperience for Yangjiang procuratorialsystem, puts forward the view of Public GovernanceCountermeasures and suggestions of perfecting anti-corruption procuratorial system ofYangjiang city based on: improve management system, improve team quality, establish theinformation sharing mechanism and platform, promote open government information, tostrengthen the media supervision of public opinion, promote the development ofanti-corruption work of procuratorial system in Yangjiang city.
