摘　　要： 随着社会经济的不断发展，生产性服务业与制造业的关系正变得日益密切,许多学者通过研究发现前者对后者具有促进和带动作用。近年来东部地区生产性服业发展很快，但区域内不同省份之间生产性服务业的发展水平是不平衡的，其对制造业竞争力的提升作用也存在着差异，且整体上发展仍较为滞后，这在一定程度上制约了该地区制造业效率的提升。本文从生产性服务业与制造业的互动机理以及生产性服务业提升制造业效率的途径机制出发，根据当前东部地区九省生产性服务业和制造业各自的发展现状，对生产性服务业对制造业效率的提升效应进行理论分析和实证研究。在实证分析部分，本文运用逐步分析法对东部地区各省制造业效率水平进行比较。理论分析和实证结果表明，东部地区生产性服务业发展的动力来自于制造业产业结构的不断优化，目前该地区生产性服务业发展态势良好，但从整体上看发展水平还不高，它对提升制造业竞争力起到了一定作用，但是这种作用比较有限。根据这些结果我们认为是服务业发展水平、工业化程度、产业结构等内在因素和市场需求、体制政策、对外开放程度等外在因素导致了生产性服务业对制造业提升作用存在差异，并从加强区域经济合作、构建和完善信息平台、推动生产性服务业创新、大力培养行业人才、进一步引入市场机制等几方面提出了政策建议。 With the continuous development of social economy, The relationship between producerservices and manufacturing is becoming increasingly close, Many scholars through the studyfound that the former and the latter has a leading role in promoting, Many scholars havefound that the former has a leading role in promoting the latter. In recent years, the producerservices of East region have developed rapidly, but in different provinces within the region theproducer services given the uneven development. There are differences in their role inenhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing, and they still lag behind the overalldevelopment. This restricts the manufacturing industry competitiveness to enhance to someextent. Through the study the role of producer services to enhance the manufacturingcompetitiveness of East Region, We tried to explore, We use quantitative analysis to identifythe factors of producer services to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness in varyingdegrees, and thus obtain more convincing conclusion. Based on the interaction mechanismbetween producer services and manufacturing and the channel mechanism by which theproducer services to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness, according to the currentlyproducer services and manufacturing development status of the mine provinces in EastRegion,this paper do quantitative analysis on the basis of the qualitative analysis to study therole of producer services to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness, In the empiricalanalysis section, we use the method of stepwise to compare the level of manufacturingcompetitiveness of the nine provinces, and built the time series econometric model to doquantitative analysis of the role that producer services to enhance the manufacturingcompetitiveness, The empirical result demonstrate that differences do exist in the role ofdifferent provinces the producer services to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness, andnot every industry in the producer services will played a role to enhance the competitivenessof the manufacturing. Based on this result, we analyze the factors affecting the differences inthe provinces of East Region that producer services to enhance the competitiveness of themanufacturing, and try to make some policy recommendations to solve the problem.
