摘　　要： 透过马克思主义哲学的视角，认识和解决社会主义市场经济发展运行中当前中国企业的矛盾问题，是当前学界研究社会经济系统及经济发展规律的一个新视角。当前，在经济全球化背景下，我国社会主义市场经济的运行环境日益复杂，我国企业发展面临越来越复杂的问题。通过唯物辩证法正确认识当前中国企业发展过程中的矛盾问题，运用马克思主义的矛盾分析方法厘清当前中国企业矛盾的表现、实质，以哲学智慧探寻当前中国企业矛盾的克服路径具有重要的现实意义。 本文坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的理论立场，以矛盾分析方法为主要分析手段，以当前中国企业矛盾为中心展开论述。首先，结合马克思主义哲学的矛盾范畴和市场经济的矛盾范畴，从唯物辩证法的角度阐述企业矛盾的相关概念；其次，深入探究了当前中国企业矛盾在社会主义市场经济中的表现，即我国社会主义市场经济中农业、工业、服务业三大产业企业矛盾的表现；最后，总结探讨克服当前中国企业矛盾的可行对策，理论联系实践，提出以思维模式的转变为突破，树立正确的企业矛盾观；以科学技术改革为先导，以创新作为企业核心竞争力；以改善生产关系为重点，走宏观调控的市场化路线的路径措施，以求推进当前中国企业矛盾的解决，实现我国企业长效发展。 In the views of Marxism philosophy, research and slove on the contemporary Chinaenterprise contradictions among the development of socialism market economy is new studyangle of social economy system and the law of economy.Recently,in the background ofeconomical globalization, the environment of our China socialism market economy is gettingto be more and more complex,lots of complex problem appears. Mastering the enterprisecontradiction and its’ essence and appearance through materialist dialectics,and seeking forthe way of conquering enterprise contradictions with Marxism philosophy,bear importantsignificance. This paper centered on enterprise contradictions: first, in combination with thecontradiction of philosophical category and the contradictions of market economy category,from the angle of materialist dialectics, elaborate the related concepts of enterprisecontradiction. And then analyzes the effect and the specific performance in the conflicts ofvarious types of enterprises in different industries of the industrial structure, including threeindustry enterprises contradiction as agriculture, industry, service industry. Finally through theanalysis of the economic system reform of the social problems such as small andmedium-sized enterprise financing difficult problems, housing problem, the innovation of themanifestation of enterprise contradiction, concrete countermeasures are put forward. Theorywith practice, and tries to put the Marxist philosophy methodology applied to the practice ofthe enterprise, promote the development of enterprises.
