椭圆环截面SCMW齿轮三维打印制造技术研究

摘  要: 三维打印技术是近年来制造技术领域的研究热点,采用全新的“增长”堆积法,带动了零件设计和加工制造的新趋势。由于消除了传统加工手段带来的刀具和装夹约束,零件的加工成型能力更大,有利于零部件的功能设计和可加工性的结合。 椭圆环截面SCMW齿轮为新原理齿轮,又称空间曲线啮合轮,属于复杂三维结构零件。传统的机械加工方法涉及较多的工艺问题,无法制造复杂的三维结构零件。本课题将针对这一情况,开展对椭圆环截面SCMW齿轮三维打印制造技术的研究,其中包括3DP工艺和FDM工艺。 本文首先对影响打印精度的因素进行了分析,包括前期数据处理对精度的影响,打印过程的误差和后处理过程对精度的影响。打印过程的误差包括3DP工艺成型误差和FDM工艺成型误差。通过分析这些误差对打印精度的影响并提出了解决的方法,为后续的加工提供了参考依据。 在椭圆环截面SCMW齿轮的三维打印制造研究中,内容包括打印机的技术特点、模型STL格式的转换、RP软件参数的设置、加工操作和零件后处理等。FDM工艺中采用UP!三维打印机加工主动轮,讨论了齿轮加工的定位方向,打印参数的设置优化和打印机的操作流程,最后加工得到齿轮模型。3DP工艺中采用Z Printer250打印机加工主动轮和从动轮,主要讨论了打印机的工艺条件、工艺流程和齿轮加工的定位方向等,最后打印出较好质量的齿轮模型。此制造研究对打印精度、相关工艺参数的选取和打印机的操作具有指导意义,为三维打印产品提供了实际的案例参考。 3D printing is a recent hot topic in the field of manufacturing technology, with a new'growth ' stacking method, led a new trend of parts design and manufacturing. Byeliminating tools and clamping constraints from the traditional processing methods, partsmolding ability is greater and conducive to the combination of part functional design andprocessing. The elliptical ring cross section SCMW gear is the new principle gear, also known asspace curve mesh wheel, it is a complex three-dimensional structure parts. Conventionalmachining methods involve more process issues, can not produce complex three-dimensionalstructure of parts. This paper will address this situation, conduct research on the ellipticalcross-section SCMW ring gear manufacturing three-dimensional printing technology,including3DP process and FDM technology. Firstly, the printing accuracy factors were analyzed, including the pre-treatment on theaccuracy of the data, the impact of the error and the processing accuracy of the printingprocess. Error printing process includes forming3DP process error and FDM moldingprocess errors. By analyzing the impact of these errors on the printing accuracy and proposedsolutions, to provide a reference for subsequent processing. In the3D printing manufacturing research of the elliptical ring cross section SCMWgear, the contents including the technical characteristics of the printer, STL formatconversion model, the RP software parameters settings, post-processing operations and partshandling. FDM process using UP!3D printer processing capstan, discussed the process oflocating the direction of gear, set print options for optimizing the parameters and operationalprocedures of the printer, and finally get the gear processing model.3DP process using ZPrinter250printer processing the driving wheel and the driven wheel,discussed thepositioning direction of the gear machining,print parameter settings and optimization, printeroperation process,and finally print out good quality gear models. This study has guidingsignificance for the printing precision,process parameter selection and printer operation,providing a practical case reference for the3D printing.
