航空发动机分布式控制系统H/_∞鲁棒控制研究

摘  要: 航空发动机分布式控制系统相比于传统的集中式控制系统具有很大的优越性,可以减轻控制系统的重量,提高可靠性和可维护性,缩短研制周期,降低设计费用和适应新技术的变化,本文针对航空发动机分布式控制系统,研究建模和鲁棒控制方法并针对分布式控制系统中的网络延时,研究时延系统的鲁棒控制方法。 建立了航空发动机分布式控制系统模型,基于控制功能分散的思想,构造了分布式控制系统的子系统,并采用小扰动建模方法,建立了子系统的状态空间模型,与非线性模型相比具有较好的精度。 研究了无延时系统的H控制策略,对转速控制系统设计了H状态反馈控制器。为了消除系统的跟踪误差,对H控制算法进行了改进,通过对系统增广后利用H2//H控制方法设计了转速控制系统,仿真结果表明可以有效消除系统中存在的稳态误差。 针对直接推力控制系统,设计了H动态输出反馈控制器,并给出了稳态点存在满足要求的动态输出反馈控制器的条件。在多个稳态点进行了输出反馈控制器的设计并进行了仿真研究,结果表明了设计的有效性。 研究了带有网络延时的分布式控制系统的H控制,控制器增益参数的求解依赖于一组线性矩阵不等式,而网络延时特性参数又直接影响到该组线性矩阵不等式的可解性。对带网络延时的转速控制系统进行了H状态反馈控制,并通过对系统增广的方法,使得延时系统既具有鲁棒性,又能消除稳态误差。 Aero-engine distributed control system has great advantages compared with traditional centralizedcontrol system. It can reduce the weight of the control system, improve reliability and maintainability,shorten the development cycle, reduce costs and adapt to changes with new technologies. Themodeling, robust control method and robust control for network-based time delay for distributedcontrol system of aero-engine is researched in this thesis. Based on the idea of decentralized control, the distributed control system model is established andits subsystems state-space models are constructed with satisfactory accuracy compared with thenonlinear model. The speed control system without time-delay is designed with the state feedback controller andH control strategy. In order to eliminate the tracking error of the system, robust control algorithmhas been improved using augmented system andH2//H control method. Simulation results show thatthe system can effectively eliminate the steady-state error. For direct thrust control subsystem, a dynamic output feedback controller is designed and the existcondition is given at steady-state point to meet the requirements of dynamic output feedbackcontroller. Output feedback controller is designed at a number of points in the flight envelope.Thesimulation results show the effectiveness of the design. The control method of a distributed control system with a network based time-delay is Studied. Thesolution for the controller gain parameter depends on a set of linear matrix inequalities /(LMI/) and thenetwork based time delay has a direct impact on the results of the group of linear matrix inequalities.The state feedback control of augmented speed control subsystem is designed with delay robustness,and elimination of the steady state error.
