摘 要: 在信息时代飞速发展的今天,科技发展的最新成果也要及时应用到教育领域,多媒体教学资源已是基础教育课堂中不可缺少的元素。怎样建设资源,建设什么样的资源,如何在课堂上利用资源这一系列问题已成为教育工作者无法回避的话题。新疆是一个多民族聚居地区,文化及语言的多样化使得新疆的基础教育有着其自身的特点,在教学资源的建设上也与其他地区有所差异。开发适合新疆本土特色的教学资源,努力践行党中央的教育政策,提高新疆基础教育的整体水平,是目前教育工作的重心所在。 本文立足于新疆中小学教学资源建设及使用现状,采用调查研究法和内容分析法,在调研国内外中小学基础教育教学资源的优秀案例和成功经验基础上,同国内以及新疆教学资源利用情况作对比分析。详细分析了地域、人口、语言、文化特色比较明显的和田地区现有教学资源情况及使用效果,通过“农远”工程、远程教育网络、教师培训网站以及对口支援计划引进了各类优秀资源,对新疆教育教学改革产生积极的推动作用。总结了和田地区基础教育教学资源使用过程中教师水平不高、学校领导积极性不够、政府及教育部门监督力度不强等问题,从学生、教师、学校、政府及教育部门和资源本身五个方面提出了和田地区教育资源建设及利用的问题及解决方案,提出新疆基础教育教学资源整合的建议。本文的工作对新疆中小学教育过程中教学资源建设工作的具体方向具有启示性作用,对全疆基础教育教学资源的推广及使用具有参考性意义。 With the rapid development of information era at present, the new product oftechnological development should be used in the field of education, and multimediateaching resources have become indispensable to the elementary education.Therefore, a series of problems are becoming inevitable to the educators, such ashow to build resources? What kind of resources should be built? How to useresources suitably? Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic populated region, the diversification ofculture and language makes its own education features, and there also existsdifferences with other regions in the construction of teaching resources. The key toXinjiang education is to exploit suitable resources fit well with its local features andtry to carry out the education policy of Party Central Committee, with the purpose ofimproving overall level of basic education in Xinjiang. Based on the primary and secondary teaching resources in Xinjiang and itsapplication situation, and in the basis of some excellent cases and successfulexperience in the utilization of teaching resources at home and abroad, the thesisaims at making a constructive analysis in the utilization of teaching resourcesbetween Xinjiang and other regions in China by adopting the method of surveyresearch and content analysis. The study briefly analyzes the present educationresources and its effect in Hotan where has obvious characteristics in geography,population, language and culture. Hotan brings in various excellent resourcesthrough “farming” project, the distance education network, teacher training websiteand counterpart support plan which positively promote the development ofeducational reform in Xinjiang. The thesis summarizes several problems in theprocess of using basic education resources in Hotan, including the shortage in thelevel of teachers, the enthusiasm of leaders and the supervision of government anddepartment of education. The thesis puts forward problems and related solutions inthe construction and utilization of education resources in Hotan from five
