摘　　要： 近十几年，网络技术在国际商务和贸易全球化中得到较快发展，也被各类走私犯罪分子所利用。在走私案件中，网络技术为走私犯罪人员提供了新的犯罪空间和犯罪手段，为缉私部门提出新的挑战。网络侦查技术是针对网络开展的侦查技术，其具有信息监控截取、人员分析、信息关联、网络IP定位等作用，可以在获取犯罪证据的同时，摸清走私团伙的组织脉络，在一般贸易走私案件、加工贸易走私案件、走私毒品案件中均有不同的运用，是侦查此类案件的重要途径之一。 In recent years, network technology has been rapid development in international businessand trade globalization, was also used by the criminals of smuggling. In the case of smuggling,the network technology provides the new crime and crime means space for people smuggling,new challenges to the anti smuggling department. Network detection technology is the networkto carry out investigative technique, which has information monitoring interception, staffanalysis, information, network IP positioning function, can obtain evidence of the crime at thesame time, find out the smuggling gang organization context, in the general trade smuggling,smuggling, drug smuggling case using the processing trade are different, is one of the importantways for investigation of such cases.
