摘　　要： 近年来，中国对欧盟农产品出口贸易问题已日益成为中欧经贸合作的热点问题。欧盟是我国最重要的贸易伙伴之一，也是世界上最大的农产品进出口方，是中国第二大出口市场（日本为第一），因此深入研究中国对欧盟农产品出口贸易的特点及影响因素有利于促进两国贸易的发展。 目前，中国对欧盟的农产品出口贸易已经取得巨大成就，欧盟是中国第二大农产品出口市场，且保持稳健上升势头。但金融危机导致了中国对欧盟农产品出口呈现新变化。本文从分析中国对欧盟农产品出口贸易的贸易规模、产品结构、地区结构等现状入手，讨论了中国对欧盟出口农产品的一些特点，目前，我国对欧出口的农产品主要包括水产品、动物原性产品、蔬菜和水果等，我国对欧盟农产品出口居前列的成员国主要为法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙和英国。 本文运用多个指标对中国农产品在欧盟市场的竞争力及其在金融危机前后的变化进行分析，然后通过金融危机影响中国对欧盟农产品出口的传导机制研究及中国对欧盟农产品出口引力模型的构建，得出影响中国对欧盟农产品出口的因素主要包括:欧盟农产品需求因素、出口市场结构、欧盟农产品贸易保护主义及汇率因素等。最后基于“恒定市场份额模型/(CMS模型/)”，对金融危机前后不同时期的中国对欧盟农产品出口变化的成因及其影响效应进行了实证分析。结果显示，欧盟农产品进口需求变化对中国农产品出口产生显著影响。金融危机后，中国对欧盟农产品出口整体竞争力的提高和适应欧盟进口需求结构变化，是推动中国对欧盟农产品出口恢复性增长的关键因素。为了有效解决中国对欧盟农产品出口贸易过程中存在的问题和障碍，针对不同类别的农产品，提出了相应的有利于对欧盟出口的措施。这些建议和对策对于我国制定对欧盟贸易政策以及提高中国对欧盟的农产品出口贸易具有重要的借鉴意义。 In recent years, agricultural products trade issues from China to EU are rapidlybecoming a hot point in Sino-EU economic and trade relations. EU is one of the mostimportant trade partners of China，and as the largest export and import party in theworld，also is the second largest agricultural products export market of China.Therefore, it is meaningful to the development of Sino-EU trade that we should paymuch attention to studying the character of the agricultural products trade and thefactors which influence the bilateral trade between China and EU. Nowadays, the agricultural products export of China to EU has made greatachievements since recent years. The EU is China's second largest export market foragricultural products, and maintain steady up tendency. But the situation of Chineseagricultural products exported to EU is experiencing a new change because of thefinancial crisis. The dissertation analyzes the trade scale, product structure and districtstructure of the agricultural product export from China to EU and discusses thecharacter of Sino-EU agricultural product trade. At present, the main agriculturalproducts China export to EU are aquatic products, animal products, vegetables, fruitsand so on. The main import countries are France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spainand UK. The related indexes are used in this paper to analyze the competitiveness ofChinese agricultural products in the EU and compare its changes before and after theglobal financial crisis. Moreover, the financial crisis influence transmissionmechanism and Gravity Model are adapted to study main factors which affectSino-EU agricultural products trade as follows: EU demand of agricultural products,agricultural products trade protectionism and exchange rate factors. Lastly, this paperuses the “Gravity Model” and the “constant market share model /(CMS model/)” tomake an empirical analysis on the cause of Chinese agricultural exported to EUchanges before and after financial crisis. The result shows that the demand changes ofthe EU agricultural products import, Agricultural products import dependence and RMB real effective exchange rate affect the Chinese agricultural products exportedobviously. After financial crisis, the rising overall competitiveness of Chineseagricultural products exported to EU and fitting to the structural change of the EUdemand market are key factors of promoting the growth of agricultural productsexported to EU. According to the different types of agricultural products,countermeasures are put forward to improve Chinese agricultural products exported toEU.
